Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went here as one of the last things we did in Amsterdam before we all travelled back to our respective countries - we had lunch on one of the park benches a short walk away from the metal dome installation (whilst also having to shield our Albert Heijn lunches from some very large birds hissing around us) and then slowly wandered around the park for a bit before making our way back to the entrance. Absolutely wonderful experience, and a lovely change of pace from everything going on in the city itself.

Went to the event with family on a Christmas Day.

Place was full of people, but no huge lines anywhere.

Outside there was carousel, ferris wheel and couple of slides.

Indoors play areas with fake snow, ice skating ring, curling, lot of small booths with food and games. For the booth (carneval)games you need to pay but everything else is included in the price.

There was also band playing, magician show and puppet show. Kids got face paintings and there was also Elsa, Olaf and Cinderella joining the party.

It was worth the ticket and kids enjoyed the Christmas feeling. We ended up spending almost 5 hrs on site.

Best workout ever, I'm addicted to Rocycle.
Love the music, darkroom and the play with the lights.
Music could be sometime a bit to loud, but therefore they have airplugs that you can grab at the desk.
And they have the best instructors as Melinda, Joey, Donna and Judith!

Excellent outdoor swimming pool in green setting. Friendly staff, great 50 metres swimming pool and good facilities. Crowded on warm weekends/holidays but on weekdays and cooler days it can be pleasantly quiet.

We booked jumpsquare after having to cancel another activity for our group just prior to our trip and we were glad things worked out like this as it was an excellent hour.
It's a spacious facility with lots to do in the hour as you move from area to area. The guy we met on arrival was friendly and helpful. The centre is spotlessly clean and about a 10-12 minute walk takes you to the train station nearby.
If you're visiting or living locally definitely give this a go- you'll never get used to your old gym workout again after this fun.

Took our two year old to play here and he loved it. Started in the mini area, but it did not took long before he was climbing about the main playing area.

Everything was clean, staff at the entrance were friendly. Staff in the restaurant area and waiting tables, were definitely working their dream job as they weren't the most friendly people around. But hey, you come here to play with your kids. Not to enjoy top notch service (good luck with finding that in most of the restaurants in Amsterdam anyway!).

Toilets were very clean and there were tons and tons of things to do for children. We manage to exhaust ours as he almost fell a sleep in the paying area, so mission succeeded!

A had a chicken sandwich. It was tasty and healthier than the food you usually get for the same price (7euros). And the staff were really really nice.
    I totally recommend it.

This ice track was super fun to visit. You can rent ice skates there for a deposit, 50€ or leave your passport and get it back when you are done. They have both figure skates, hockey and speed skates so you can choose what you like. They also had boxes where you could lock up your stuff and a restaurant, which I didn't try but might be nice to know they have food there. When I visited it was a sunny day and a lot of people so the track was a little bumpy but there was a break when the ice machines got out to make it smooth again.

It is a play ground in Amsterdam West. "Ruige Speelplek" ( Rough Play area) is indeed a bit wild. Kids with guts and adult can have some adventure by climbing the rack, crawling through the tunnel or passing the wavering wooden bridge. It's absolutely not for me. I was just sitting there and watching them play.

We went on hottet day of the year so it felt like all of Amsterdam was here. No place to swim. Teenage boys jumping over our heads into the pool. If on another day it would have been nice. One pool really deep the other super shallow.

My husband and I did the photos at Volendam which I think is the same company. It was such fun and took me back to my childhood. My grandparents were from Amsterdam and this brought me back lots of memories.

I had a great time at Het Lab - the gym was quite large and had routes for climbers at all levels. They had a whole area dedicated to slabs which was interesting as there were also slabs designed for beginners. The staff were attentive and could speak English. The coffees there were also great.

After a long walk we fell into this casino and spent a couple hours enjoying the gaming in Amsterdam. No big wins but a lot of fun. Clean toilet. Cold drinks.

At every corner of a flat in Amsterdam, there would be a playground, small and used by the kids of the residents. But the one like on this park? it's very big. Kids would love it.
