Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The museum itself shows the history of the castle and sion with a variant of different kind of pieces.
In every room there are papers with information about the pieces in French, German and English.
In most rooms there also chairs that flip open with smal activities for children to keep them occupied.
Besides the museum there is also a cafe and a chapel to see.
The staff was very polite and there are lockers for bags at the reception.
It's a very lovely activity for about 1/2 hours and the stairs to the castle were not that bad. 🌤🏔Written 24 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We got a plan in English, and our 10-year olds were entertained for 1.5 hour, and so were we. Other nice museums nearby (art and history museum). Perfect for a rainy day. Not too many people, and the COVID setup seems sensible.Written 3 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KVog88Zurich, Switzerland20 contributionsOne of the best rooms I have ever played. Very creative, everything works well and there are multiple riddles to be solved in parallel. Recommend for everyone.Written 7 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Simone DSion, Switzerland8 contributionsoriginal idea and story. Great way to play and interact with the theme of wine and of course the offered glass of wine at the end put the cherry on the cake. An excellent team effort and the perfect synergy. Awesome challenge, thanks for the fun discovery!Written 1 June 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
