- Amel-SandriNeuchâtel, Switzerland24 contributionsYou should try hiking/trekking from here down to city center 😍😍😍. Take cable car to Jacobshorn and walk down to city center. If you have guest card use it and you’ll get discount to buy cable car ticket.Written 9 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AsHammerIndianapolis, IN192 contributionsIf you’re able to take this scenic path, I’d highly recommend it. - darrentw2015Loughborough, UK86 contributionsLarge ski area overall with lots of blues and reds that are easy to master and mainly well connected. Good views and transport but mountains not always
linked by lifts across the whole area which is a bit disjointed. A bit of train and bus required - 10 mins to 30 mins. Rubbish for absolute beginners who have a choice of about 5 slopes spread between the mountains we went on (we did Jakobshorn, Madrisa and Parsenn but did not do Rhinerhorn). If you have an absolute beginner don’t come here go to Flaine or Alpe d’Heuz in France. Nothing really in Parsenn for absolute beginners. For our level it was great though and we enjoyed the wide open runs of 4, 11, 15, 40, 43, 17, 21 etc. Slope 45 was the only challenging one. Icy and narrow… We dodged the Küblis run as an hour train journey back was not attractive. Enjoy…Written 20 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - CGKRIXBergheim, Germany181 contributionsKirchner is very much reflective of the reasons to go to Davos(health) and he painted beautifully about the place. The museum is not so big, so investing an hour or so is absolutely worth it. The staff is very friendly.
Your tourist card(if you live in Davos) gives you discount at the entrance, so don't forget.Written 1 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are a variety of slopes from which to select and likely this is one of the reasons that it is a popular skiing area. Of course, Davos is also very well known as the host town of the annual World Economic Forum.
The Swiss Alpes scenery is great as are some of the buildings making up the town of Davos.Written 1 February 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Our highlight was tobogganing down the 3.5 km mountain side. What a blast ... would loved to have done a few more runs, but our hockey team was playing the early game of the day and we had to get to the arena.

- RC23 contributionsVisited for the factory tour with Claudia. The tour was very well organised and informative, and Claudia was very knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. We enjoyed the beers and the chat with her a lot - a must do if you visit Davos/Graubunden! 10/10 would recommend and we hope to go back one day!Written 6 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
