    Great Food class
    This was a wonderful experience. The chef was entertaining and the course was educational. Good overview of making Sicilian pasta. I will really enjoy making these dishes at home.

    More than just a street food tour
    I was captivated by our guide’s way of celebrating Sicilian culture through food, and her sharing of what it means to be from Palermo far from the typical clichés. It is a great memory, not just a food tasting.

    Great tour of Mt Etna and Gambino winery
    Great tour of Mt Etna. Our guide Alex provided a lot of information on how the lateral domes developed. He was attentive to groups questions and assisted with my wife getting thru the hike

    The visit to Gambino winery was also a great choice. Food and wine pairing was informative and extra tasting of the wines were poured at request.

    Awesome cooking class that should not be missed.
    We ran late getting off the ship. We really appreciated the flexibility of the chef and his staff. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and just joined the class in progress. The rest of the class did the market tour and made pasta. We joined for the rest of the cooking course. The chef and his staff were engaging and provided clear instructions. They were encouraging and and very helpful. The food we made was amazing. Very tasty!

    A wonderful dinner with new friends
    Could not be happier with the experience. Marco made our day exceptional and a memory we will continue to cherish. We started in the markets, where we decided what we wanted to make based on what was fresh and how we all felt. We continued on to Marco's home where we had places for us all to cook set out. We made pasta, stuffed squid, and cannoli. Then we all sat together in his dining room to eat what we had made.

    This is both a cooking class and an invitation to make friends. You can come and only learn to cook if you wish to, but Marco makes it easy to become fast friends with him and the rest of your group. I cannot recommend this enough, it was a wonderful experience.

    Memorable sunset and moon rise with lovely swim and great conversation.
    Brilliant .
    Both Alex and Francisca treated us to a memorable afternoon.
    The old sailing boat was very comfortable. We anchored off a bay then we all jumped off and frolicked around the warm waters of the Mediterranean. Free of sharks !
    Wow .
    Whilst watching the sun setting over the mountains then watching the full moon leaping out of the eastern sky .
    They were very informative they shared great stories and wisdom.
    We asked Francisca about art galleries to visit and she spent about 20 minutes carefully writing out about a dozen places for to visit. She too, is an artist and her knowledge has been greatly appreciated!

    Food tour with Annalisa
    This was the best food tour we have been on. Annalisa was lovely and friendly as well as knowledgeable. She really got the group mixing and although we went as a group of 4 we ended the tour friends with all. It’s worth every penny……you will not go hungry!

    Private tour by Jacko Mount Etna
    Hotel organised private tour by Jacko.
    Brilliant experience, his first Scottish visitors. Very informative about Etna, and took us to different parts to explain better. Also took us to a cave and gave us safety gear, a big surprise.

    We could not have done this as well on our own.

    A couple of hours of fun boating around Taormina
    What a great couple of hours travelling along the coastline of Taormina. Welcomed by our boats captain Nando... who narrated in very broken English as we set off to different parts of the coast! Very enjoyable. Music... swimming and Prosecco all with some laughs. Great way to see what is a truly beautiful coastline. Highly recommend Danielle, Nando and their boat cruises

    a fantastic boat trip
    Well worth the money, you get to see things you otherwise wouldn’t (blue cave, coral cave etc.), and get to swim in the sea. On the way back we got a sweet treat and a glass of prosecco. A nice way to spend an afternoon, we highly recommend it!

    Walk the walk, talk the talk.
    Angelo was our tour guide and from the moment we met him, you could tell his passion for showing us, explaining to us, and most importantly, feeding us in his fantastic walking tour of Palermo street food. Is knowledge and passion and friendlyness came through as we walked through allyways that we couldn’t have found on our own. He brought us to top notch establishments as we tasted our way through Palermo. I recommend this tour for all ages but do know that you will walk a lot, with plenty of time to stop, and you will be offered a lot to eat and will come out with your tummy full.

    One last note. The “special surprise” food was delicious!

    Private guided tour and wine tasting - Mount Etna
    Had the best day with Manuel as our driver and guide. The drive was leisurely and he was extremely knowledgeable.
    The wine tasting experience was very well organised and not rushed.
    Would recommend this trip 100%

    We had a fantastic day!
    We were absolutely satisfied with this tour and glad to have booked it. You should definitely book a tour like this when you are in Trapani.
    And we would definitely book with you again.
    The staff were all super nice. Especially our tour guide Alessio.
