We came to this pub by chance since our usual bar was closed. They have very good "birra artigianale". We also tried their burgers which were also very good!

It's worth the wait to get a hand-mixed cocktail from Peppino. He'll ask you what sort of flavors or liquors you prefer, and make something just for you. I've had cocktails based on Earl Grey tea, cardamom syrup, saffron extract, full of basil... truly extraordinary, always well-balanced, and made by a true professional. Long Live Peppino! (I speak Italian, I'm not sure how it would go not speaking Italian... but worth a try!)

Great vibe at this Palermo bar - no tourists ( except us !) so loved it .An in crowd who clearly meet regularly - enjoying a wide range of craft beers.Loved the nonchalance and laid back feel .

Had a fantastic tour of the brewery and was made very welcome tasting their gluten free blonde made with barley and wheat but only 10ppm which is below the celiac tolerance level. It was very well hopped and refreshing like a pils. You can also purchase their other beers at a very reasonable cost for craft beer which I took advantage of.

Our trip to this brewery was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily! We're from Wisconsin and my brother and father love craft beer, and they were extremely impressed with the quality of the brews at Kottabos. The cheese and meat plates were also fantastic. The family that owns the business even ordered pizza for us and served it to us. Truly exceptional service, food, and beer - if you like any of these, you can not miss visiting Kottabos.

We stopped here for apéro prior to going to a restaurant for dinner. Attracted by the offer of Sicilian craft beers, we sat at the front and each ordered a local Pilsner. Enjoying both the beer and the ambiance, we decided on a second beer and tried different pale ales. Again, the beer was lovely. Overall, a very pleasant hour with friendly staff and a good location watching the passers-by on Corso Umberto I.

If you need a break from Sicily’s fine wine, then hidden in the more quiet alleyways of Cefalu, you will find the Kalapinta bar with its diverse selection of Italian craft beers. Recommended!
