Super clean beach with good sunbeds and umbrellas. All in good quality. But the service is super unfriendly. We were there at the end of the season and even we arrived at 5pm and the beach club closes at 7pm, they let us pay the full entry of 16€. That is a no-go!! And you need to pay for the showers as well..

By far the best bar I‘ve ever been to!
Nice service, extra wishes are very welcome and the cocktails are just perfect! It was so nice to talk to the waitress and the barkeeper and the street has a very nice italian atmosphere. Definitely recommend it! 😍😍

Super nice bar with cool music, the vibe was interesting and so Sicilian.
I really enjoyed the fact that they offer you free snacks and with this they pretty much show you they care about their customers.

We stopped here for apéro prior to going to a restaurant for dinner. Attracted by the offer of Sicilian craft beers, we sat at the front and each ordered a local Pilsner. Enjoying both the beer and the ambiance, we decided on a second beer and tried different pale ales. Again, the beer was lovely. Overall, a very pleasant hour with friendly staff and a good location watching the passers-by on Corso Umberto I.

Despite becoming a very touristy spot, the Bar Vitelli is still unmissable on a trip to Savoca. Full of Godfather memorabilia, parts of it feels a bit more like a shrine than a bar. But sitting there on a morning with an amazing lemon granita in your hands, one does feel like part of film history.

On a tip from an Italian coworker, we made our way to this location. “You must try the granite and brioche; they are the best,” was the urgent appeal. Even though I can not determine if they are “the best,” we did enjoy the warm brioche and cold fresh strawberry granite. It appears this watering hole is well on its way to cult status, and we recommend that others continue the pilgrimage to BamBar.

    PROS
    Literally amazing arancinis: two hand-bombs
    Position is excellent
Service is nice, but not excellent
    Price is good

    CONS
    Finitures are pretty poor
Bathroom is upstairs after a spiral staircase: bathroom is one and it is same for males and females

Suggested stop for lunchtime, especially for arancini

If you need a break from Sicily’s fine wine, then hidden in the more quiet alleyways of Cefalu, you will find the Kalapinta bar with its diverse selection of Italian craft beers. Recommended!

Friendly service, good music-selection, good wine, lively atmosphere.
I had mixed plate of 15 local specialities and was blown away by the culinary diversity. Every single (small) dish was superb, an excellent taste-adventure.
For dessert I asked for a martini, "the way the bartender himself would like it". Lemon in the nose, local herbs on the palate, everything well balanced.
The Bagnoli may *look* like just a pub, but you can get some really excellent food and drinks here.
    Reasonably cheap, too.

Savoca is an amazing place to see, no matter if you are fan of Godfather or not. Ape tour that you can find in center is adding more Sicilian adventure to your trip and something unique that you must try, once you are in ‘Godfather city’. Finishing tour with a sunset and Aperol spritz in your hand is making trip to Savoca unforgettable. Don’t miss this place and these steps to put on your list when visiting Sicily.

A really lovely town with beautifully restored buildings all around the town. Great pedestrian cobbled streets with cafes and restaurants. This place has a wonderful vibe day or night
