    Review of: Villa Necchi Campiglio
    Skipped another tourist tour to see the villa - didn't regret it
    MUST VISIT, even if you are not an architect or into interior design. A fantastic place with the friendliest and kindest staff I have ever encountered. A big plus is that the audio guide is included in the price, so you can connect to the villa's WiFi and use your phone and headphones to listen to the audio guide at your own pace.

    However, I recommend that you befriend someone from the staff; they are more than happy to share more info, show you some old photos, or open some hidden doors... :)

    Too bad it was closing soon for a private event; otherwise, we would have enjoyed more in the beautiful garden and had some drinks.

    Review of: Pinacoteca Ambrosiana
    Fabulous collection is well worth a visit
    The two standouts for me: Raphael's The School of Athens preparatory cartoon (a helpful film offers English subtitles on the right) and Leonardo's Codex Atlanticus.

    Review of: Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio
    Romantic church
    Best example of romanic church in Milan, is really well kept and free to entry. It's also easy to reach with metro and inside there are a lot of artworks that have to be seen

    Review of: La Vigna Di Leonardo
    Wonderful insight into the period of Leonardo's life.
    The vineyards of Leonardo are enclosed behind houses of his period that have been maintained by wealthy owners since he lived there. There is a real connection with his life here.

    Just across the road from Santa Maria della Grazie, (The Last Supper) the vineyards are accessible via a cafe and are easy to miss, but well worth the visit (45 Minutes)

    Review of: Memoriale Della Shoah Di Milano
    Well worth the visit
    Not the mainstream attraction but we’ll worth the visit. The Shoah Memorial of Milano 🇮🇹 Italy, located right at the back and beneath the Milano Centrale Train Station. A very solemn atmosphere with the museum. Entry is free and guided tours are available only in Italian.

    Review of: Grande Museo del Duomo di Milano
    Across the road and worth a visit
    Well worth visiting - especially since included in many tickets to the Duomo itself. Quiet and very well presented and you can get up close to lots of the extra pieces from the Duomo.

    Review of: Museo Teatrale alla Scala
    Grand Theatre, Cosy Museum
    Worth visiting if you're at all interested in opera or La Scala history. I couldn't figure out any clear progression/organisation to the artefacts but the touchscreens in each room were an easy to use and interesting source of information on each of them. There's also a museum mobile phone app that looks well designed, but I couldn't follow where it was referring to in the museum so simply used the touchscreens.

    Although the hall itself is impressive, the video presentation is even more staggering. Quite an unexpected treat while discovering the Castle.

    Review of: Galleria 92 - Casa Storica del 1867
    Architecture at its best!
    Beautiful aesthetic and architecture of the galery with the detailing in the flooring and sculptures within the pillars were absolutely breath taking. Filled with most luxurious departments stores but found few shops with mid range prices . Great place to takie pictures and feel a bit lavish , coffee prices 4 times higher than in the other nice coffee places in Milan, but I guess you pay fro the ambience and the vibe.

    Don’t forget
    Square building in the middle of the way from new square Gae Aulenti and old neighborhood Isola. Was built the first years of this century to remember the past wars and racial discrimination.

    Nice Artefacts
    Although this part of the museums of Castello Sforzesco is quite small, it has some interesting artefacts, including Egyptian statuettes, sarcophagus and mummy. Prehistoric section also gives some interesting educational overview,
