Our guide was particularly good at explaining the nuances to the Last Supper as well as our other sights. His knowledge on the sites, city, historic figures and other details about Milan were so impressive. Milan is a beautiful city with beautiful people. Book early! Our day trip to Lake Como was very nice. We were on a tour from Milan and traveled by bus. Comfortable coach, friendly driver, excellent views of a beautiful area and Franco the tour guide was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable of the interesting history of the local area.
The boat tour was brilliant and
the guided walking tour of Como town was interesting and informative.

- Lindsay WConway, SC20 contributionsThe cooking class was so much fun! The chef explained Italian traditions and we had a hands-on experience in her kitchen (aka lab). She has water, tea, coffee and finger foods waiting upon our arrival. We cooked ravioli (hand made pasta), parmigiana (eggplant), and tiramisu. All were so delicious as we got to enjoy the meal (with wine) after the cooking was done. Would recommend. Our group was small (6 people total) so made for a more intimate and interactive setting.
