    Great beers!
    A short walk from a tourist area and the beers are worth it. Didn't have food, but it smelt great! Sat outside in early spring sunshine with great beers!

    EXCELLENT BAR IN INTERESTING LOCATION
    Very good selection of beers and extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. I asked for a beer with plenty of hops and was given an excellent German IPA, brewed with British hops. Very reasonable prices and a nice selection of nibbles provided gratis with the beers

    good beer, terrible management
    this place brews it's own beer, and it's awesome: good taste in every kind of beer, just 5€ for the medium size. Then came success, and with success came people. How did they manage a lot of people coming to the place... first it was, you can book just if you come to eat as well. Problem is, food in the place is very good but with very small portions and quite expensive, so if you want to have proper dinner, with 2 beers you're gonna spend more than 30€. And frankly, compared with quality/price ratio you have in Milan's restaurants, it's too much. So you can come without booking, but it means just coming in small groups and avoid rush hour, otherwise you risk to drink at the bar... which is quite short, just enough for 3-4 people, or standing somewhere inside the place, with people and waiters constantly asking permission to pass, because there's no room, or worse standing up outside, in front of the road. And so, time slots arrived: you can book, but you have to choose a time slot like 6pm-8pm, 8pm-10pm, etc. So if you are in a big group and you need 7pm, your problem: you have to leave the table 8pm anyway. Making it again impossible to book.
    So after the the big success, still good beer for good price, but the place is just good to go in small groups in non-rush hours, or maybe to go buy their good take-away bottle beer to keep in yours home fridge. Overall, disappointing.

    The best bar in Milan!!!!
    An amazing wee place, full of locals and genuine so enjoyable. we went on Sunday where they have a live band and there were just so many good vibes surrounding the place. the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. they have a great range of beers and something for everyone!

    A gem of a place
    I was introduced to this place by a colleague and loved it. Dario and Veronica were wonderful hosts, friendly and knowledgeable about beer. They have a great selection of beers on offer and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere. It is hard enough to find a pint of mild in a pub in England these days but I was amazed to find Italian mild even existed. It was perfect and just the antidote to a long day travelling from the UK then working. A wonder place, I hope to return when next in Milan.
