Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Giulio is a fantastic, genuine and friendly man, I am ecstatic I chose him to show us Rome and take our photos for my "surprise" proposal to my now fiancé. The pictures were great, and the editing made us happy. We received our photos in a timely fashion and were happy with the results. Pro tip: wear comfy shoes, those cobblestones are killer after several hours shooting.

This was just the most amazing experience. Chiara was so knowledgeable and kind. We had amazing access to all the floors of the store, villa and hotel. Plus private guides to talk more to us about each aspect. It was stunning and everyone was so gracious. There was no high pressure to make big purchases at all (although we did make a purchase because it was too beautiful to resist). My husband and I were both on an “high” afterwards. It was one of the best experiences we had in Rome. If you are even considering this as a maybe - do it you will have the best time!! We’d do it again next time we are in Rome.

The "Spanish Steps" are interesting just based on history. The "Spanish Steps" was a gift from the King of Spain to the people of Rome. It is an amazing place for people watching !
If you look up from the "Spanish Steps" you will see the "Trinita del Monti" which is the French Church including the obelisk. If you look down from the steps you will see the "Fonta della Barcaccia" which is a fresh water fountain. On a hot day the water is very refreshing.
If you look down and across the piazza you will see the beginning of "Via Condotti" which is shopping at the highest dollar level. It is usually crowded with shoppers looking for a bargain on quality merchandise. I will tell you that there are no bargains on "Via Condotti but if you like shopping it is the place to be.
