Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- SimonaM75Bath, UK78 contributionsMy husband and I felt very lucky to find this unique shop, which has a
huge warehouse near St. Peter Square (Vatican) full of different kind of objects: furnitures, sculpures, paintings, silver vaults , etc...
The owner Mr. Gianluca is a very kind person, he speaks english very well. The visit to the shop was an interesting experience... Something I would recommend to anyone who has an interest in art.
Don't leave Rome without going to the "Antiquariato Europeo" .Written 30 March 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It's a great place to shop and has art, crap, clothes, purses, etc. Exactly what one wants.Written 18 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Hanta YRome, Italy11 contributionsRome is great just for places like "Vintage Studium".
If you are looking for good old clothes and stylish glasses, you have to go there.
If you are looking for some elegant costume jewelry (not at a high price!), you may go there.
Then, if you want to know one of the smartest women in Rome...Written 15 July 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. In my opinion a very good value as the staff was helpful and they have quality framed antique prints which I think make much nicer souveniers than the relatively cheap (unframed) prints you can buy on the street. This shop had a good selection of nicely framed prints at reasonable prices.Written 5 August 2012This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sandy BParis, France15 contributionsI am a regular in stores, but for this one we are closer to an antique dealer (high prices) than a second-hand market. to do business, I recommend the other branchesWritten 20 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - giovanni froma27 contributionsFew steps from the Pantheon is the antiquarian Carlo Maria Biagiarelli gallery in the medieval palace in the piazza Capranica. There you can admire a rich collection of beautiful ancient Russian icons. Stunning images by imaginative colors where reds and golds prevail, enchant the visitor sensitive, amazed to find such evidence of distant cultures in the very heart of Rome. We should visit the gallery after admiring the fresco by Filippino Lippi in the nearby church of S.Maria sopra Minerva: an interesting comparison of two different cultures, religious and artistic sensibility.Written 16 December 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
