- Tracy PBarrie, Canada4 contributionsWe followed Nico around Rome (family of 4 adults). He always knew exactly where he was going, got us through the crowds like they weren’t even there. He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much. It was like he was part of our family. We saw everything we wanted and things we didn’t know we wanted to see but were oh so glad we did. He took us to an amazing Italian place for lunch. We were not disappointed. The Driver Tanya was always there the minute we walked out of a place. She is an amazing driver, drove through crowded Rome traffic like it was a Sunday drive. Amazing! This tour is worth every penny! We were just in Rome for a couple of days but he showed us a good part of the essential things to see, without having to walk much. It's really the perfect tour when travelling with elderly or disabled people. We were picked up at our accommodation and was brought for breakfast before starting our journey to Pompeii. Our host was warm and friendly and ensured we were comfortable thru out our entire journey, explaining the history of the beautiful region during our drive.
Our driver was a professional with the right driving skills especially along the tricky corners of the Amalfi Coast. Vehicle was comfortable to fit all 5 of us. Clean and well maintained vehicle ensured us of our safety as well.
Carlo, our guide in Pompeii was equally fantastic - churning out facts non stop for 2 hours. Do note that it will actually take a full 3 days to cover the whole of Pompeii, so for this day tour we were brought to the highlights on the ancient ruin city.
It is apparent from all the guides that were involved is truly passionate in what they do and this reflected thru out our entire day.
We had fantastic weather on the day of our trip and that certainly made the tour even better. Amalfi Coast, Positano and Pompeii are sights not to be missed when in Italy. Thank you to everyone involved for ensuring our day tour was amazing.

Claudio was a wonderful driver and took us to a wonderful seaside restaurant for lunch which was one of our favorite meals in Rome, despite having had delicious food all week. And Massimo was an amazing guide at Ostia Antica, and had us laughing the entire tour. The audio guide tour was informative and the display of papal vehicles was a highlight. Alex was punctual, courteous, informative and very accommodating the entire trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver.

He told us what to expect for the day and even suggested we add a couple of things that he thought would be a shame is we missed and he was right. He shared a lot of great information and selected a good restaurant. We had a good guide at the Vatican. Essentially he drove us around Rome for a bit and we went to the wishing well, and a few other places and then we ate lunch because we couldn’t wait until after and we went to the Vatican. He wanted to make us comfortable the entire time and cared about us maximizing our time since you really need at least a week to see Rome.
