I Faraglioni
#1 of 16 Sights & Landmarks in Capri
... in one of the many boat trips available from Marina Grande, where you can get a tour around the island and get to sail through the Arch, a brilliant experience and well worth the €'s for the unforgettable views
The view is breathtaking and unique, so if you are on Capri you have to take the boat for an island tour to see the mighty Faraglioni and go under the Arc of Love.

Belvedere Cannone

We must've spent 15 minutes there admiring the spectacular views out to the rocks, monastery, beach, grottos, etc. Definitely worth the easy walk up to it!
I think the view here is even better than Monte Solaro (it's too high up) and most importantly it's far away from the crowd and you can enjoy the great view and tranquillity here~

This is must do if you visit Capri, the views are amazing and the ride is so relaxing and tranquil, its a world away from the hustle n bustle of the marina and capri town.
Afterwards we returned to the little square, more exploring (shops, restaurants and museums) and then caught a bus back down to Capri town to explore the amazing shops and sights before walking down steps to get b...

Villa Lysis
#4 of 16 Sights & Landmarks in Capri
The villa is actually very simple but elegant with spacious rooms and terraces, a beautifully designed garden to suit the site including a number of view points, terraces, pergolas overlooking the island and sea.
For 2 Euros (the most affordable and must visit site on Capri) you have access to what must have been the most lavish private home on Capri, with spectacular views over Marina Grande and also over to Sorrento.

A long walk up from the Piazzetta with lots of steps up and down, but worth the walk especially on a clear day as it offers spectacular views of the sea, the coast line of Sorrento and the beautiful arch.

After a wander through narrow streets on the edge of town, you come to the wonderfully situated Bar Le Grottelle, perched high on a cliff with a view of the sea.
If you love modernist architecture or are interested in Curzio Malaparte (great if controversial twentieth-century writer, of curious political views), then this is a must.
