    Nice beach
    Even in November, seems a great place for taking sun and bathing (if you dare). Anyway, walking along the sea and watching the surfers is very enjoyable.

    Review of: Playa La Savinosa
    Lesser populated but very good beach
    Very good beach located on the north eastern edge of Tarragona. Well worth visiting if you are looking for a less popular beach.

    Review of: Playa El Milagro
    Nice enough beach
    This beach is a pleasant enough beach in Tarragona. Short walk from the rail station/town centre. Partly overlooked by amphitheater.

    The beach itself was clean and cared for. It was low season and all the facilities plus the catering outlet were closed. There were showers available to rinse the salt water/sand off after a swim.

    Depending which part of the beach you are on the background cityscape isn't the best, but it's nice enough. Didn't notice all the graffiti mentioned by previous reviewers.

    Review of: Platja Llarga
    Nice beach
    Visited in September. Nice beach, sea was warm and clear with few rocks and seaweed. There are some steep steps or alternative slope down to the beach. A beach hut provides snacks including pizza, salads, ice cream and a wide range of drinks including cocktails - I recommend the strawberry daiquiri! There are some water sports available including jet ski, doughnut and banana boat. Sunbeds are available to rent at €5 euro per bed all day and €10 for an umbrella. A great alternative if you weren't up early enough to reserve a sunbed in the local hotels! A few sales people but minimally disruptive.
