Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- MamavWorld21 contributionsWhat can I say, totally different from everything. A mini amusement park up in the sky!!!!😃😃 and a functional church also. It gets quite busy. Lovey churros and freshly made too. We took a taxi, although a train like mode of transport called the Funicular gets one up there@€6 one way. The view up once up there is breathtaking. Well worth the trip. With children, a Win Win situation!!!!!!!Written 26 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - N..5 contributionsVery nice view. Went by accident, planned to see Parc Guell and this was a close bus stop. Very difficult to find anything without mobile internet:). In the end found Parc Guell. Come early because police won't let people to stay laterWritten 27 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Diara T1 contributionThis is my fifth time going to Virtua and I always have a very fun time! The staff is always very nice and helpful, and I think the quality of the graphics in the VR headset became even better. We played the escape room (Alice in Wonderland) and really enjoyed it!
Thanks a lot Virtua, I will definitely come back :)Written 2 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - John WDouglas, UK2,317 contributionsThe venue.
As previously attentive staff to operate the platform lift to let me in. Good accessible loo. Level access to stalls. As stalls are raked my chair was tilted slightly forward. Only the Circle bar sells spirits. No lift access.
The show.
No doubt that the dancer/choreographer and his musician/percussion/singer are talented. It’s definitely experimental. Fusion flamenco/hip hop/rap.
Very short. Entire show only 55 minutes. Of which less than 40 was dance. The rest was time padding business. Covering himself with white powder, washing it off, standing in silence, face to face.
The blocking for the theatre was poor for the left stalls. A lot of low level action obscured by floor mounted stage lights or a “tree”.
Glad I went. Not what I expected. But great experience.Written 2 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Scenic441747723552 contributionsIt was like being part of an action movie, not being locked in a room with some board game puzzles. The amount of detail and preparation that has gone into this experience is unbelievable. The acting, storyline, setting, prop, comedy--everything about it was incredible.
The story and puzzles were tailored to our group involving each of us personally making it feel so immersive rather than the awareness you feel of being in a generic escape room that you're aware loads of people have played before.
Clues were incorporated into the experience so seamlessly, rather than being made to feel like cheats they contributed to the humour or fear or suspense.
Beyond the game, when we got out the crew were so nice and professional, really really impressed. We literally spent the rest of the afternoon just going over all the different bits the experience because we couldn't believe how great it was.

The ‘park’ is wonderful and has some wonderful views all the way down to the coast.Written 27 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - trhill1981Huddersfield, UK50 contributionsWhat an excellent experience this is! Truly deserves the awards it has received. A great story and flow, and so well designed. Highly recommended! - natalie5994Bournemouth, UK26 contributionsWhile in Barcelona we tried the Dungeon themed room, our games master Marina was excellent and really set the scene perfectly. The set was really great and it was pretty creepy but not too scary. As English speaking players it really helped that the GM spoke impeccable English and the game itself wasn’t altered by whichever language you speak.Written 24 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LunarFam16 contributionsWe played Cybercity Very unique and entertaining escape room. My family has done 30+ in several countries and this is a standout. Total immersion, logical flow, and some interesting twists depending on choices you make. One of the best we've experienced.Written 4 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MatsJ03 contributionsFor anyone with an interest in aviation this place simply has it all: a well-stocked bookstore about civil and military aviation, aircraft scale models, other accessories etc. - and flight simulators. The simulators are professional quality and very realistic: my son got two hrs in the 737 as a christmas present and found the experience absolutely awesome (and the instructor was great). Definitely a place that I will return to.Written 19 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- kako2510London, UK58 contributionsWe did the bubble football for a hen activity and it was the highlight of our weekend. Grisel was extremely responsive during the whole organisation process, especially for a large group and Carlos was fantastic on the day. It's such a fun and entertaining activity albeit knackering bit I would definitely say a must do for a group activity!Written 2 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sherpa536427137091 contributionAbsolutely amazing! We were on vacation in Barcelona and decided to do the Jigsaw room with my brother. Introduction is great, immediately lets you know you're not here to joke around. Puzzles are nice, not too easy but not too complicated. We ended up dying but weren't too far from making it out alive, a few more minutes or an addtionnal person would have been enough. I found it really scary, with a few jumpscares. You can find many elements / games from the movies. Game Master was really nice and explained to us what we missed after the game. We would love to go back to try out the other rooms!Written 6 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- michellefromnyNew York City, NY3 contributionsThis is a fantastic gallery, combining unique fashion pieces and highly interesting art of different mediums. The owner, Margherita, is very charming and eager to help. It was one of the highlights of our week-long stay in Barcelona.Written 2 October 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
