Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited Sagrada Familia in March but were unable to get guided tickets at that time. So when booking to come back in December we advanced booked a guided tour. Daniella, who was our guide, was amazing. She kept the pace of the tour and demonstrated expert knowledge of the history of the build and of Gaudis' work. The tour lasted about an hour, was well organised, and Daniella was keen to keep check on everyone. She stopped throughout the church to show points of interest and to reference the best viewing points. It was superb. It's my fourth visit to Sagrada Familia in my lifetime, and I will go back. You never tire of looking at this majestic building, and the details within its structure. It is outstanding. The towers are physically hard if you do have any issues with mobilit or back conditions. My top tip is to book well in advance. I booked from the UK and downloaded the tickets . Daniell, you were amazing, thank you!

Just amazing to walk around without an agenda or a time limit. There is just so much to see and relaxing at a cafe and people watch is just a joy. The architecture is something to be beholden to. I would just set up some dedicated time to enjoy the area and enjoy the culture of the quarter. Enjoy.

    + beautiful architecture of Gaudi
+ you can relax and sit (unlike in his houses)
+ the price is affordable compared to his houses (11 EUR)

    - unnecessary staff regulating the movement in the park
    - horribly overcrowded (you can barely take photos and I did not even bother to wait the queu into museums)
    - you need to book tickets in advance, otherwise they are sold out

This market puts all the others in the shade. What an experience, everything looks so appealing and irresistible. From fresh produce to eating outlets the whole place is like a film set for everything good about Barcelona.

The stadium itself is under construction until 2026. They advertise that you get a view of the construction of the stadium, which is true but is really nothing worth visiting. The museum itself is quite nice. You get an audio guide which tells you a lot about the history of the club and the exhibits on display. There is also an immersive video feature at the end of tour as well as some interactive displays. Worth a visit, even if you're not a big FCB fan.

This was a magnificent building with some great artwork and displays worth seeing. A pity during the off-peak season that the fountains aren't working.

Note that about 90% of the exhibits are on the bottom floor so make sure to take your time there and not rush to other floors. We spent 2:30h and I feel like we got to interact with most of the exhibits. Some parts of the museum to be reserved for school activities only.
Great place for learning but also just admiring the exhibits. Although I study a scientific subject in uni I still had a lot of fun and managed to discover at least one new fact. The exhibits shine through their interactive nature. The little habitat including trees , fish and birds was gorgeous. Great place for people of all ages who have a curious nature.

Wonderful relaxing park to walk or sit. We watched many locals and tourists all enjoying the park some socialising, reading, children playing and many excellent musicians which were very entertaining. The water features were not working due to the water shortages which was a shame. A must if you want to take some quiet time away from the hustle of the city.

Fantastic place to visit. Lots to see and good historic stories behind it. There was a fashion shoot being done when we visited but still plenty to see

I stayed off the street in a hotel.
Lots to see and do.Plenty of restaurants and street cafes. As it was a Saturday there were alot of stalls and street performers.
Only 10 minutes to the harbour and Cruise Bus.
Lots of interesting buildings around to look and visit.
Was a lot of men trying to sell their bracelets which I got fed up with.
    Plenty of shops too.

Great park on Montjuic. I think the nicest way to get up here is to take the underground to Parallel station and then the funiclar (with the same ticket) up to the station where you take the cable car. Then you can walk around the park and enjoy the views and also go visit the castle as well.

We've never explored this area properly before and although it was nice and I can see how people love it, we still prefer the Gothic area but maybe it's because we know it a lot better. In El Born there was some amazing little shops, loads of great quirky cafes and bars but the few that we stopped at, although they were lovely, there always seemed to be a lot of "characters" hanging around outside. I would definitely recommend a browse though and decide for yourself what your favourite area is.

Beautiful architecture, with many shops and restaurants around. Further to this, many of the bus stations are around along with the metro station.

Beautiful sight to see coming out of the metro station

Walking through the narrow alleyways amid historic sites is quiet amazing. Plenty of cafes to take break; thoroughly enjoyed this magnificent neighborhood.
