You can't image this until you see it in person. No picture does it justice. Rent the audio tour and then take your time and enjoy. Expect crowds!

Stroll through the well preserved narrow streets and corridors and immerse yourself in a medivial atmosphere.
You could discover old history, from Roman times to modern era.

Eye candy for food lovers. Great presentation of all kinds of food. If you eat there stay with the fresh produce and the meats. The empanadas are awful, filled with potatoes and a smear of whatever you are paying for. The fruits and juices are wonderful Its a fun place to spend a couple of hours and shouldn't be missed

Built between 1902 and 1930 by a contemporary of Gaudi, architect Louis Domenech I Montaner, created an amazing open space, with gorgeous free standing buildings that were set in a magnificent garden setting. The purpose? This amazing UNESCO World Heritage site was a hospital for the poor.

With some of the most beautiful architecture we've ever seen, we can only imagine the therapeutic benefits of sitting in the magnificent garden complex, and drinking in the fragrance of lavender and orange.

If you love history and stunning architecture, this site is not to be missed.

    What a treasure!

    *HIGHLY* recommended.

Fridays and Saturdays are the best, be there before 20:00 and enjoy a fantastic show on the Catalan museum grounds near plaça Espania

This is a nice place to walk about for a while before you enjoy the magic fountain. It is also nearby the Arenas of Barcelona Mall.

Had a nice couple of hours here. There many fun experiments to try here, the sun expo was interesting but to.get the full experience you must buy some extra activities. The general access is not enough.

Fantastic park to visit. Visited it first on a bike tour so we got a lot of the history and then returned ourselves. It would be very easy if you are a person who likes parks to be there for hours and sit and relax. Would recommend if you have a few days in the city

Decided to walk up mount Tibidabo to the Church from the centre of Barcelona. If you enjoy walking its a delight and the reward at the top is well worth it. Took us about 2 hours from Plaça de Catalunya. It was early April so the weather was about 18 C so not too hot. Be careful of google maps as it took up a route via Augusta which was full of steep steps. Amazing church with great views of the whole city

The buildings in this area are all Art Nouveau architectural masterpieces. The period at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century saw the building of these homes for the new wealth of the city most of whom made their fortunes in the textile business. Just walk around and admire these great works.

Found the parc to be okay. Very busy even though they control the number of people that come in the areas, for gaudys work it was busy. I was really looking forward to the parc area to walk and really didn't find it interesting. Far nicer areas in Barcelona to visit I felt.

This was so much fun! I like seeing old ruins of cities so this was perfect for me. However, I will say that better signage telling people where to buy tickets would be a good addition. When my friend and I first arrived, we couldn’t figure out where the museum was or where to buy tickets. Other than that, it was a great experience!
