- ArijLor469 contributionsJust tropical and beautiful this beach. The sand is crispy white. Ocean is light blue turquoise. The deeper you go into the ocean, the more deep blue the water is. Dunes behind. Restaurants around. Ocean water is quiet.Written 23 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Rik VRotterdam, The Netherlands42 contributionsAmazing out of this world place ! So gorgeous, and definitely worth the trip! The road to the beach is allright, a bit bumpy at times , with a 4x4 it’s perfectly doable! At some point the road is quiet small, I am afraid of heights and it sometimes was a challange!Written 9 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tracey W2 contributionsThe beach was beautiful, fish swimming around you, white sand and lots of room and sun beds availableWritten 3 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- dundeetravellermrshcDundee, UK2,849 contributionsAnother beautiful beach area on the walk to Atlantico centre, sun beds to hire and parasols to sunbath under. Lifeguards on duty, flags on display to alert you to the swimming conditions. More popular than Playa del Castillo , its got better sand here, not man made,Written 9 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- JulieWordenPreston, England, United Kingdom19 contributionsBeautiful massive sandy beach. Shallow for children to paddle. Toilet facilities not great. Very clean and tidy.Written 8 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- HappybackpackerDEBerlin, Germany108 contributionsJust a quick drive after El Cotillo beach on a corrugated offroad path, this infamous beach, took my breath away. Rugged cliffs, wild beach and a jaw dropping steep path felt like going down to paradise. Stay for sunset and you might be lucky enough to have the beach all by yourself. There is no real signs for Escalera, so watch out for other cars parked near the cliffs.Written 10 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Phil C11 contributionsBeautiful beach’s on both sides of the resort, lots of good restaurants with the freshest fish you will ever taste. It is a little sleepy but for me that just adds to the charm.Written 22 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Nanouss N44 contributionsThe beach is gorgeous, very clean and well frequented! You can find a free parking next to it and visit the docks. Also one of the only beach with lifeguards!Written 10 April 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- ArijLor469 contributionsVery stunning and big beach with ocean blue water and white sand. At the time we were there, it was windy. We sat on the beach and watched many people kite surfing.Written 23 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- mariatoppahScotland, UK115 contributionspeaceful and beautiful white sands with good swimming and not busy. El Cotillo pretty little villageWritten 25 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DeniseJerseyJersey39 contributionsWe had a lovely relaxing break and were upgraded to a beautiful sea front room ( in the family section )as it was my birthday . Fantastic kids club , Margot was especially wonderful with the children and even when we had the awful sandstorm things carried on as normal . The only downside was the main restaurant , you are segregated into family or adult zone and the family area was pretty noisy , however I suppose it’s only fair that the adults are allowed a separate place to eat .
The speciality restaurant was very nice and they were very welcoming . Lots for the children to do .There is a large supermarket opposite but nothing else around , however we hired a car and went off to explore and had a great time .
All in all very good value and a lovely hotelWritten 16 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Hello_VaughanBirmingham, UK233 contributionsCycled here from corralejo centre in about 15 minutes and loved finding all the pieces of "popcorn" on the beach. Wasn't overly busy, so was able to comfortably enjoy the view, explore all the little rock pools and relax for half an hour or so. Great little break for people of all ages away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Please take note of the signage and leave the beach as you find it so people can enjoy it for as long as possible!Written 21 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Pages, Places, & PlatesColchester, UK141 contributionsWe visited here as a bit of a random jaunt to see the less commercial side of Fuerteventura - not for water sports, although it's clearly an excellent place for it and we got to watch lots of windsurfers out on the waves. The place is beautiful in such a peaceful and serene way - no amenities at all, just lovely holiday cottages/villas and the open sea. The beach is lovely too - fascinated by the popcorn aspect of it, which was very different to beaches I have experienced before.
A lovely place to visit just for a ramble - not somewhere to stay for the entire day unless you rent a property there due to the lack of cafés/toilets, but wonderful if you want to get away from the noise and enjoy some warm, sandy solitude.Written 3 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - shahrokh123Milton Keynes, UK30 contributionsWhite sands, warm waters. Lovely cafe on the beach serving beer n spirits.
