What travellers are saying
- Ivan CSouthampton, UK26 contributionsHad a great time as we went up on our own as we hired a car. We went first thing in the morning as there was jo queue.Written 22 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- 48AshuEast Midlands, UK55 contributionsAwful sceneries of lava flows of various types. Entry is via a designated coach through into the old lava flows and culminates in a demonstration of heat that is still given out at the top of the volcano.
There is sufficient heat to grill a barbecue.
Four of us booked a taxi for this trip rather than an organised site seeing tour. This gave us flexibility of the length and locations we can visit at no additional cost compared to an organised 'booked tour'.Written 10 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Graham PYate, UK6 contributionsReally enjoyed the visit to the park. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been. Its not expensive and rhe parking is free and just outside the park. We had a quick meal there and were there for around 2 hours. It has quite a few animals to see for a site that isn't on the huge side, it wasn't too busy but was hard to see the crocs being fed until we moved on and saw it from a spot above where people stood to see it.Written 6 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Dave ANottingham, England103 contributionsDidi made this visit for us. We decided to visit on a dusty overcast day but our exp reindeer here made it sunshine all the way. Didi who is from Belgium gave us a demonstration that appeared to us like it was just for us and very individual. We timed it right to watch them filleting the Aloe plant leaves which looked just like fish fillets. Didi explained all the process and about the history of this plant. This place is free to visit, all the staff we met were so very friendly and although you are in their shop there was no pressure or hard sell to buy any of the many aloe products. We did though end up buying and my wife is very pleased with her purchases and the special little gifts also put into our bag to take away. We spent nearly two hours there walking round the aloe field and generally mooching about. Thank you all for your hospitality and especially Didi (who does not listen or read about the news)Written 3 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Sebastian ŁWarsaw, Poland1 contributionBrilliant water park.
I am not a fan of water slides because I don't like the moment I fall into the water. Despite everything, I had a great time in this place, mainly due to the fact that most of the slides use pontoons. There are many different slides with different levels of inclination and windiness. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Tenerife, you must be thereWritten 23 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Myshkin79Bratislava, Slovakia29 contributionsLove walking? Then this place is for you, kms long beach and pedestrian path to walk on with plenty of restaurants, coffee places and bars. Attention: even if you plan to walk fully dressed make sure to apply sun cream on the parts of the body that are not covered!Written 17 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Peter P1 contributionA natural beautifully landscaped park in the end of the valley not far away from Maspalomasa. Good bus connection and taxi services are available. The park is tidy and clean. Particularly interesting is the show of feeding and flying wild birds. Worth a look, especially on a not-too-sunny day.Written 5 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jennifer T2 contributionsGreat experience. Worth the price and travel (if staying on other side of island like we were). Toilets were kept very clean and food places were easily accessible. Only thing is the food is expensive but this was expected and I’m sure you could take picnic along.Written 22 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- chrisanderson2017Kingston-upon-Hull, UK30 contributionsA beautiful area near Maspalomas, next to the dunes is the old Lagoon that's full of wildlife including Desert fox and HeronsWritten 16 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Lynsey W13 contributionsthoroughly enjoyed our day here, plenty to see, shows were great, once one finishes you have time to get to the next one, bird of prey one was the best, my son got tapped on the head from the condor flying overhead, food and drink prices very reasonable and the pizza we had was amazing, we'd all go back just for the pizza! The pool side to this was great too, we had just over an hour to wait for the bus so sat and chilled on the sun loungers.
My mam had an accident while there which resulted in a large bump on her head (her own fault) the staff were amazing, medics checked her over and even when we were at the other side of the park they noticed her and asked if she was ok, very attentive and professional, we would definitely go back here.Written 21 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Rogério - 56+ countries visitedKlaipeda, Lithuania850 contributionsNice yellow sand beach.
