Great to wander around and admire the boats and designer shops. How the other half live! The beach area at the far end of the marina is lovely and sheltered.

La Concha stands guard over Marbella. It’s a very dramatic mountain and can be viewed from many different angles. Highly recommended.

this small area, with its own yaught harbour and some interesting restaurants, is about 12 km east of marbella. We can recommend also the Chiringuito La Lonja, with good and friendly service and good food. They keep up some standard as they refused us to sell fried sardines begin of april as , according to the manager, the real good season for sardines starts in may. Finding a place to park your car is a bit ( or more) difficult on warm weekend days. But you can find a place when you park near the campsite just across the bridge over the A7 ( seen from the sea)

A very charming, not too big park near the sea with a beautiful fountain dedicated to the cities and their people that go every year to El Rocío where they have the huge Maria festival. It is good place to rest a while after walking through the old city of Marbella.

Very interesting walkway meandering through the dunes. Unfortunately it comes to an end due to a Finca blocking further access to Marbella.

Go up from Restaurant la Cascada driving in from the Cementario. Follow the road upwards and then the path. This terrain have som spectacular views and you follow the old watersupply dating back before roman times to old Marbella. You reach the caves and from there on up to the plateu. Follow the sign and you get up to Cruz the Juanar. The walk is approximately 2 hours. Wear good shoes as the path at time is rather stony. You can read yourself up on the area on local guides and it gives you a feeling of old farming in Marbella.

Excellent park in the Center of Marbella. Very close to the seafront. Calm and easy to navigate. Known as the green Ling of the City. We managed to park right outside. Recommended

Because this beach stretches out of town it has a different feel to it and we enjoyed our time there.

We didn’t actually use the beach as we were on a walk but it looked inviting and safe. The facilities are fantastic with showers, toilets and so on.

Sun lounges are available for rent at about €10 each which I suppose is par for the course in this area.

The promenade itself is excellent and you can get great exercise whilst watching everything around you. It’s never dull!

There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops to sustain yourself and benches along the way in the shade are much appreciated

We fell upon a link and contacted captain Amer. It was one of the best days out. We went with other families and all the children said it was an amazing day and best day out on the holiday.

Amer is a gentleman and was very conscious with the children and perfect host with the adults.

Highly recommended a day on the mountain with Amer

Lovely clean beach serviced and has many to offer. Yet I would personally prefer a virgin each when there is no human involved

We did a 6 mile walk along the promenade here and passed this beach for most of it. It is wide, sandy and looked very inviting.

The promenade itself is great as you get loads of exercise and there’s always something interesting to see.

The beach is very well catered for in terms of bars, restaurants and sun loungers and so on. There are lots of toilets along the way and shade with benches should you need to take a break.

    Really well maintained and impressive.

Not a great place to relax unless you have kids. Nice flat sand and calm sea. Lifeguard on duty. It’s near the lighthouse.
