Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have visited this vicinity during the East German occupied period as well and it was all closed . Standing from the makeshift stands , the views across was a sad spectacle . It has all changed now hopefully for the better .

We booked a ticket for the Museum Island it was around 20€. You can fiind amazing historical structures such as Babylion Ishtar Gate. Also they show history about the bronze age, islamic culture and so one. I recommend people to buy and visit it.

We went to the church, its an amazing structure it has rich arhitecture with italian rennance. The orice îs 9 euro but în my opinion is it worth 5 euro but în general it was nice. Also get prepared for 267 stairs.

A well appointed City Park and ideal for relaxation and walking . There are some Fairs during certain times where one could buy artifacts and general items of interest .

The view from the Fernsehturm is impressive. The TV tower soars up to 368 meters in the sky. The sphere is made of steel and coverd by glass which is almost 203 meters from the ground, the elevators take you there in nearly 40 seconds. Once you walk out of the elevator, you'll be greeted by the sphere staff and show you the way to the viewing platform. On clear-weather days If you’re lucky, you can watch very distant objects and sights of Berlin ahead of you. Take your time and try to recognize other Berlin sights from the tower using your own vision or aided by binoculars,
I belive the best time to visit the tower is on a clear sunny day so you can take some photos of Belin from that height. The TV tower of Berlin is an ideal location for taking pictures, even though the windows of the sphere might be a bit dirty. If you get the opportunity to go up to the tower restaurant on the upper level of the sphere, you should enjoy a snack or a drink with an amazing panoramic view of Berlin City.

The interior architecture of the building is amazing and has withstood the test of time. The Berlin Philharmonic is world class and if you can get tickets well worthwhile seeing perform. Most performances have short talks before them about the performance (in German). These talks are very informative and interesting.

Visited during a recent city break to Berlin with my wife.

Good audio guide which provides a commentary in each room, good to learn about the family and you come across them at other exhibits and historical attractions across the city.

The gardens are extensive and good to walk around.

    Worth visiting

There are many nice interesting shops in this courtyard. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to visit all of them, but I will definitely come back next time in Berlin.

It’s January so this was about the glasshouses not the wider park which was doing maintenance and dismantling its Christmas lights trail.
The glasshouses are excellent. About 11 in all with a wide array of climates and temperatures. Travel the globe in the warm and dry regardless of the weather and see and smell a wonderful variety of plants. Entering into an array of water tanks and microclimates also gave more variety to the morning, and space for coats and bag lockers.
Only a few of the information panels had English as well as German, but the staff were always happy to talk about the area they were working in. The restaurant is cakes and soup so use as a snack rather than lunch stop.

This place is completely underrated. The old town is lovely and the cobbled streets are beautiful. Some great places to eat and drink around here too. Very quiet compared with some of the places nearby.

I love weird creative things, so this was on my must see list of things to do when in Berlin.

I expected lots of quirky curiosities to photograph and I wasn't disappointed. There was even a crazy Russian who designed the artworks and he gave us a quest to guess an unknown object.

Very inspiring and highly recommended if you love museums or galleries of strangeness.

The island is nicely located in Berlin Wannsee and wonderful for a walk and talk whilst watching the peacocks and other birds. The restaurant on the island was closed for covid restrictions but the trip with the double decker bus through the woods and the little ferryboat alone was worth going there.
