Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Reichstag Building is an impressive architectural masterpiece in Berlin with a rich history. The large glass dome is a striking feature and the surrounding gardens are beautifully landscaped. It's definitely worth a visit to admire the building and its history.

I have visited this vicinity during the East German occupied period as well and it was all closed . Standing from the makeshift stands , the views across was a sad spectacle . It has all changed now hopefully for the better .

Interesting to see a long stretch of the wall and then continue to walk along where it would have been. Exhibit was good and particularly liked the tower meaning you could see how the wall was constructed.

The East Side Gallery is a must see free attraction when visiting Berlin. The paintings are outstanding, lots of variety. It’s a 0.8 mile walk each way along the way, but easy and flat. It does get very busy though, especially around the iconic “kissing” mural so my recommendation is go early in the day.

A well appointed City Park and ideal for relaxation and walking . There are some Fairs during certain times where one could buy artifacts and general items of interest .

The view from the Fernsehturm is impressive. The TV tower soars up to 368 meters in the sky. The sphere is made of steel and coverd by glass which is almost 203 meters from the ground, the elevators take you there in nearly 40 seconds. Once you walk out of the elevator, you'll be greeted by the sphere staff and show you the way to the viewing platform. On clear-weather days If you’re lucky, you can watch very distant objects and sights of Berlin ahead of you. Take your time and try to recognize other Berlin sights from the tower using your own vision or aided by binoculars,
I belive the best time to visit the tower is on a clear sunny day so you can take some photos of Belin from that height. The TV tower of Berlin is an ideal location for taking pictures, even though the windows of the sphere might be a bit dirty. If you get the opportunity to go up to the tower restaurant on the upper level of the sphere, you should enjoy a snack or a drink with an amazing panoramic view of Berlin City.

Extremely detailed museum with a lot of information about rail, marine, aircraft! Basically everything abt tech! Extremely love the part of computers and aircraft! The queue to ticket is quite fast so not necessary to purchase ticket beforehand! Definitely suitable for family with kids as there are so many areas with lots of to learn and interact!

A great place to visit for a family with teens and adults .
    It offers everything from
Modern day current venue for football home venue to where the 1936 olympics were held.
    Bags of history !
We took a guided tour which was well worth it and maximised the visit .
Another MUST for a family visit to Berlin .

Situated in the Tiergarten the Siegessaule is well worth a visit to get an incredible view of the city. Although it is very impressive to look at in its own right, it costs €4 for entry for an adult and be aware there are a lot of steps and it is pretty tight staircase for 2 way traffic.

A great way to spend a few hours. It is managable to finish it rather quickly especially if you can’t understand German since most objects are not annotated in English. There is a little information stand about state of the museum after the war and the consequent reconstruction, quite informative and makes you appreciate the presented collection way more. The museum is definetely worth a visit, for dinos, mineral collection and some unique taxidermy. I enjoyed the big bang presentation as well.
