Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Ken Wu3 contributionsThe amount of progress you make is crazy fast. Best course for adults or expats who want to learn how to skiWritten 27 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- IE-StephenMDublin, Ireland35 contributionsWent here on a sunny evening in Munich. It was crowded but the atmosphere was very pleasant. There are two main pools, one of which includes lane swimming. There is also a "beach" area with volleyball and sun loungers. There's also lockers and showers inside, and a restaurant/café on site. Great way to wind down after an day in the city!Written 10 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Eric WPhiladelphia, PA62 contributionsThis was a gift to my wife and I from our children - something special to experience during a visit to Munich. We had a wonderful day with Robinson. He was very cordial and welcoming, and a knowledgeable pretzel-maker and teacher. The kitchen/classroom was spotless and all workstations supplied with ingredients. It was great fun to make the dough, learn pretzel history while it rises, and then learn how to roll and shape several styles of pretzels (including braids and a cinnamon croissant style pretzel!). Once the pretzels were done in the oven, Robinson served Munich white sausages with drinks and we got to enjoy the pretzels we made together over lunch. We received our “diplomas” and a copy of the recipe - and a take home bag of our creations (which were equally as good with dinner later and breakfast the next day!) When you are in Munich this is a great way to spend a day and experience a piece of Bavarian culture. Thanks for a very enjoyable day.Written 11 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- afaustinoBoracay89 contributionsWe didn't know what to expect from Munich. Luckily, we decided to arrange a day with Katset!
Unlike most companies the owner Kat met us at our Hostel in the morning right on time to pick us up. From the start she was friendly and welcoming. Our day consisted of 2 different walks in the Bavarian Alps. One to Partnachklamn - which was an amazing gorge walk. The second around Walchensee - a breathtaking lake. Sadly we didn't get time to climb a full mountain as we only had half a day and wanted to see as much as we could. To help us get over that and knowing we loved beer (as we kept talking about it), Kat took us for the best beer in Munich (maybe even the world) to finish the day!
Overall we would highly recommend you booking a day with Katset. If you fancy yoga, cycling or hiking, she will make sure you get the best experience.

We took a day tour to Austria that included stops in Salzburg, St Gilgen, and St. Wolfgang. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and ensures everyone in the group has a good time. Whether he’s sharing a story from his travels or serenading us between stops, you can tell he loves showing people around the area. I hope to visit Bavaria again and take another tour with Paul. Thanks, Paul, for a memorable day!Written 2 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- JMGenevaGeneva, Switzerland1,833 contributionsWent in this rock temple for a milonga, which is close to sacrilege, still the floor is good, and the music was nice. Dancers there (mostly average level) seem however to form some kind of insiders cast and are not that interested in visitors which is a pity.Written 12 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tom L5 contributionsIt was by chance that I found Tangonautics in Munich and I booked a couple of trial lessons. It was absolutely great. Andi is an outstanding teacher who teaches you all the little things which make Tango such a wonderful enchantment. He is looking at the basics in the same measure as working with students on steps and combinations and he puts a lot of emphasis on musicality and the interaction between followers and leaders. Andi is very open minded and his teaching is very motivating.
If you want to move your Tango forward: give it a shot and check it out!Written 6 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
