    Have a spare day in Munich? Then seriously consider taking a day trip to Zugspitze; Germany's tallest peak.
    Elisabeth our guide ticked many boxes; friendly, bilingual, very knowledgeable, and ensured cold beers were on the bus when we came off the mountain!! Be prepared for unpredictable weather, but even if snowing or sleeting the cable car and cog railway are worth it and the scenery is so quintessentially Bavarian. ..beautiful.

    Alpine castle adventure
    From start to finish, our trip to the alpine town and famous castle was an unforgettable adventure. Our guide Marin was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel relaxed and comfortable, even with our small child. We thoroughly enjoyed our traditional German lunch, the hike to/from the castle and spectacular views. 5 stars!

    WOW! Not just the usual tour
    My wife and I had the BEST two day private guided tour ever!! Jim was an awesome teacher/guide. I learned more about the history of Bavaria while enjoying the awesome sights, castles, towns and on day 2, the Zugspitze and Garmisch-Partenkirche. Definitely a must do if you want to see the real thing, not just the usual tourist tour. Thank you Jim!

    Engagement Castle Photo Shoot
    Drew was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He helped capture a surprise engagement at Neuschwanstein Castle and took engagement photos in the surrounding area afterwards. Drew had such high energy and was open to any and every idea we wanted! He was laid back and fun to work with, very quick turn around with pictures, and made the experience very easy for a couple traveling from the United States.

    Couldn't have picked a better way to end our trip to Bavaria!
    This was a great tour, and I couldn't have picked a more perfect way to spend our final day in Bavaria. Our tour guide Jim picked us up at our hotel and drove us around all the small mountain towns in the area telling us stories and legends about the area. He was patient as we peppered him with questions about the area and Germany in general and gave us a lot of great information. Going to Neuschwanstein he gave us so much background that I felt like I appreciated the tour of the castle that much more. He also took us to a couple churches that we would never have found on our own and told us their amazing stories.

    Book more than one tour with this company. You'll want to spend every day of your trip with them!
    Amazing trip wonderful tour guide. You won't regret any your you book with this company. They make your trip amazing from start to finish. I've done full 6 and 3 day vacations through them. Highly recommend

    Made our day
    I wanted to show my son real snow. So I got in touch with our Hotel in Munich. They've quickly recommanded us Sepp the Guide. After exchanging some messages, I have booked the tour to the highest mountain of Germany. The Zugspitze! And guess what, I was able to fulfill one of my son's biggest wishes. We had an unforgettable trip! Sepp got in touch with us few days prior to the tour to ask us for our preffered food and drinks. Everythink was prepared perfectly. Sepp was an wonderful host! Ask for a car upgrade. He arranged us a Porsche SUV for our trip.

    Its the jokes and extras that Make Jake Special
    The castle itself is spectacular. And you can certainly visit the castle on your own. But to push your experience from average to Awesome, hire Jake as your guide. He is funny, tells the best stories and will make you feel like you have known him forever. We had people listening in from other groups, because Jakes stories were that entertaining. And there are some added extras such as the mountain slalom course that he took us on that made the trip all that more special. Our group size was 18 people and it was a private tour. But even if your tour is added to those you dont know, I guarantee you will be laughing, while enjoying the scenery.

    Excellent tour!
    The city is beautiful and old. There is a lot of great history! Jim was very kind and funny! We learned a lot and had a lovely afternoon!

    Zugspitze Mountain
    Our tour guide Jake was amazing! Full of knowledge of the region and history and geared the tour to our interests. We took a detour to visit a monastery that was not on the tour but we were excited to visit. He took our needs and interests into account. We enjoyed Jake’s company for a couple of beers at the end of the tour which was great fun!
    Highly recommend this tour and Jake!

    Best way to tour the area around Fussen and Neuschwanstein castle !
    We visited Bavaria from Canada in November 2022 and were happy to find a guide who had so much knowledge of the region and also spoke English.
    We learned so much about Neuschwanstein
    Castle and Bavaria! Far more than the regular castle tour offers.

    Jake was so kind to our son and kept him engaged even as we covered centuries of history and toured a few spots before the castle on our day tour.
    A huge thank you to Jake for the great day , communication leading up to it and professional experience.

    So helpful
    My daughters and I took this Carriage Ride with Jake through Garmisch-Partenkirchen the first day we arrived for our family Christmas celebration. Jake was extremely knowledgeable regarding the history, places to visit and recommendations for restaurants. Our trip would not have been so incredible had we not had his knowledge and orientation to the city. The restaurants he recommended were superb. It is very important to make reservations. We even took his advice regarding Munich and Innsbruck and he was spot on. At first I thought the tour was somewhat pricey, but we definitely got our moneys worth. The carriage ride itself was much longer than I expected. The only recommendation I would make is to slow down a little when you speak. :)
