Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Organised two hill climbs with North West Adventures. I was part of a club booking of 17 people. Two guides accompanied us each day. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always had safety to the fore. Thoroughly recommend this company for your walks.

David Bourke took 5 of us on a breathtaking hike to the top of Benbulben, explaining much of the beautiful flora along the way. The hike was four hours, quite steep going up, with wind gusting up to 80 km in certain areas. Bourke is an excellent guide, well able to gauge the hikers ability and with safety in focus. Despite narrow paths, steep ascents/descents and heavy gusts we were in the safest of hands and had an absolutely wonderful time.
