Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Mike Ryan, whose responsiveness throughout our trip planning was truly awesome, told us that Pat Conway would take great care of us in "a very special Irish way." He did not exaggerate! My husband and I would affirm every wonderful accolade for Pat in these reviews. He made every moment of every day carefree and comfortable with his charm, knowledge, impeccable timing and savvy about the weather. The luxury of revising plans hour-by-hour as needed and lingering at sites for as long as we liked has spoiled us for any other mode of holiday travel.

Ireland is extraordinary in its geography and history, as any visitor can readily see. But we could never have experienced its culture in any meaningful way but for eleven days in the company of an intelligent and gracious man deeply rooted in that culture. Of all the memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives, many are stories that Pat brought to life for us.

Trip Advisor solicits the good, the bad, and the just OK -- the stuff we'd tell our friends. The truth is we have nothing but 'good' to share, as we've told friends who are all now planning trips to Ireland. Ongoing thanks, Pat!

I thought this was going to be a straight drive to the Cliffs . Instead we had a 10 hour tour of the whole region. Our guide Frank stopped at a number of places we would have missed in a bus. He was able to give the history , and many footnotes . We stopped a number of times to get a closer look , and prevent the riding kinks.Plus he was always open to questions. The cliffs were great , but the tour day was fantastic , leaving us with a lot of good memories,

I did the Ring of Kerry with them. It was great because we have seen so many beautiful places although the weather wasn't very suitable, to put it mildly.
We had lunch in Waterville, the place which Charlie Chaplin chose for his holidays over 10 years. The sea was rough but you don't expect hot sunny days in Ireland in November. You can just walk along the beach, gazing how waves roll over and remember Dylan Thomas's poem which is so true ... 'Especially when the October wind with frosty fingers punishes my hair... ' the only exception is that it was November.
Afterwards, there were some breath-taking scenery, but it's impossible to describe nature. You should go and see.
One more thing, the guide is very helpful. Told us a lot about the life in Ireland and the places which we visited.
Ireland! I'm missing you so much!
