Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- TobsLimerickLimerick33 contributionsI was very lucky to win tickets recently to "In conversation with Paul Howard" at the Lime Tree Theatre. It was a fantastic event, well organised and run with plenty of time for audience participation and questions. There was a book signing afterwards.Written 11 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

A big shout out to Valerie and Mick (Dolan's)a great asset to the live venue scene in LimerickWritten 4 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The staff on the night are content looking and advice on seating is simple.
There is an atrium round bowl shaping that faces the stage, with the seats rising as they move back towards the exit away from the stage.
The sound is incredibly clear and the bass can be felt throughout the concert hall.
Drinks and food are served during the interval.
My only criticism in the other direction would be the seats themselves. The cushions on the seats haven't been changed in a long time and the cushion now is partially non-existent leaving discomfort when sitting for long period`s.
To summarise: This is a great venue and Limerick is very luck to have it in its evirons with the sound the best I have heard and the musicians visiting of the highest calibre. It is worth the concert hall having a look at upgrading the seats.Written 15 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I would suggest to try this place first.
The layout leading towards the stage is simplistic in style, with modern comfortable seating.
Staff are friendly in the coffee and drinks shop (thank you to the young guy who gave the tea on the day the credit card machine was down & much good karma to you :-)
If you have the time or in the area give this a try and there is someting on here twice weekly, and a popular venue with the locals too.Written 25 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
