What a lovely place! Some great food stalls, good butchers, nice fresh produce. The stall holders were friendly and knowledgeable.

Mostly under cover but with some overflow stalls in nearby streets.

Please be aware that the market proper is on Saturdays. I see some people gave only one star because they turned up on the wrong day!

Go on Saturday and you won’t be disappointed.

Note this is sometimes referred to as the Limerick Food Market, but it is situated at the Milk Market.

It would have attracted 5 stars but there is no provision for dogs and their owners wanting to actually sit down and eat at a food market…. Hmmm

Friendly restaurant with very tasty food. Had the pollo pesto and pizza, very nice. Our waiter, George Mc was so helpful and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend

Not worth the hype, would recommend lowering the price to 10 cent, should have extra room and or mirrors for the romance. If there was a facility offering hair ties that would be great, it always gets in my mouth when I get down and jiggy with it ;) Some snacks for halfway through, and\or gum would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of work has gone into the Jetland Shopping centre in the last couple of years. The main concourse is a lot more vibrant than it used to be with cafes, a garden centre, and more seating available.

However, there seems to be a disctinct lack of atm services. With the closure of the Bank of Ireland at the Northern entrance, the atm machine is "out of service" more often than not, and it may be got rid of completely as part of Bank of irelands cost saving plans. There were 2 stand alone atm machines hidden at the back of the large drapery/textile section. Its now down to one. It can be very frustrating to make the long treck down to this sole atm machine only to discover (on a frequent basis), that it is out of service.

The centre could do with 1 or 2 clearly visible and acsessible stand alone atm machines in the main concourse, like you normally would expect to have in any shopping centre.

Gallery highlights the depth and breadth of talent of the artist. The artist also teaches classes at the galley, which I found enjoyable and insightful. The gallery is housed in storied Mungret college, which overlooks Mungret village. There is a coffee shop adjacent to gallery where one can enjoy tea and fresh pastries.

Suitable from kids to old..............Extremely educational and highly recommended ................Based in different venues around Limerick City................The old milk factory is a must................Learnt so much about how Ireland actually sent "somebody" off to Finland (if I`m correct) to source trees for our electricity poles back then..........The artists captured it perfectly...........well done to them!
Plus elsewhere in our world there are pics of landscapes destroyed forever because of electricity advancement ...................In the Limerick City Gallery itself (Perry Square...........) there are large overwhelming photo`s conveying the corruption in Africa....................
I truly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this EVA event for all....................Anybody can connect to this event in a way.............OPEN YOUR MIND!!! Chance to meet artists from all over the world also...............And guess what..........The artists are normal human beings like us all..............They actually will talk to anybody which I love...............ART IS FOR ALL REMEMBER!!!

It's a small shop listed as as street. They have small things inside and free to observe or free to play the piano! It's worth entering and checking the items inside while walking on the main street.

We needed to get some sweaters for our girls and other gifts for our family and friends. The staff was very helpful and one member even tried on sweaters for us (she was about the height as our daughters). The pricing was good and they even helped us complete the tax refund paperwork.

Quay Books have now moved to Sarsfield Street, in between The Pier Hotel and Billy Higgins.

The new shop still stocks the wonderful eclectic range of books at great prices. And as always, staff are incredibly helpful.

This is a gem of a shop. Worth a visit.

Whilst visiting Cork we paid a visit to Brown and Thomas store and ended up in the Green + Bean Cafe. We ordered a tea and a coffee plus two pastries.....whilst then latter were tasty they did not warrant the cost requested. We have had similar brake in other establishments within Cork centre and paid around half the cost. The service was not that great either...rather unwelcoming and we declined a table in the middle of two other sites of customers when there was plenty of unoccupied space in the cafe. Not good value.

I have been a long-standing customer of Radar Stores. This very small outdoor equipment and gear shop has an amazing stock of anything you will need for a day or longer in the hills and more. The staff at the family run business have a fantastic knowledge of all things outdoor and are always eager to advise and recommend.
Last year I bought a pair of good quality walking shoes. Strong, sturdy, comfortable and pleasing to look at. I wore them very regularly and covered a lot of ground. They were like a glove. I was shocked last week to find my right shoe showing undue signs of wear. The sole appeared to be coming away from the upper. I was so disappointed that my well walked and very comfortable shoes were starting to come apart.
I called in to the shop and met Joe. I explained my situation hoping that I might get a discount off a new pair as I have a walking holiday booked for late Spring. Joe said he would send the shoes back to the manufacturer and have them checked. He noted that it was most unusual for that brand to cause problems and I should hear from him within ten days.
This is where PLATINUM SERVICE comes in. The next day I got a call from Joe to tell me that he had been on to the company and they offered me a new replacement pair. Well done for such a prompt service. I’m delighted with my replacement pair which I’m wearing as I write this. Well done Radar.

This is a very well built indoor skatepark! The large mini ramp is a dream to ride and grinds fast which is fun! I do however feel this park would greatly benefit from a few small design adjustments that would allow for a greater user range to enjoy the facility and boost numbers through the door. A vert wall, jump box / step up would be a big attraction for BMX & Scoot which would really boost income and numbers through the door. I hope this suggestion is considered. Lots of potential and fair play to the owners for providing an indoor space for the youngsters of Limerick and beyond .
