I had three treatments and from start to finish the attention to detail was exceptional and Jacqui herself was extremely professional.The spa itself is beautiful, so relaxing. The therapist Katie was very professional and I totally relaxed, in fact I think I was snoring at one stage!!😳The only thing was that the product used didn’t seem very luxurious and there were no real aromas. She massaged my upper body neck & head & did a brilliant job. The room was warm, the creams were cool & her hands were like magic! It furned out to be the highlight of our stay and we have had on-going distant support. She provides a mixture of knowlesfeable and accessible professionalism alongside a uncanny wisdom and intuition. A marvellous combination.
