We had a terrific experience this August (2022) exploring the Dingle peninsula using the very useful tools and services provided by IWHB. Ours was the so-called "Comfort Hike," meaning our daily walks were shortened via taxi rides through the first parts of each walk; for a pair of septuagenarians not in perfect shape, though, the Comfort Hike option was very appropriate. (Also the short taxi rides gave us more opportunities to interact with Dingle residents!) We found the geolocating app IWHB provided to be genuinely terrific, and it worked throughout our walks. (Some of the cue sheet details could have been edited or updated, but then I'm a retired English prof, perhaps overly critical.) We also had good cell service almost everywhere, but that has nothing to do with IWHB!
Communicating with the friendly people of IWHB was always quick and satisfactory; every one of the half dozen or so individuals we interacted with in person or by email from this company were on their toes. Excellent, careful attention to detail.
I'd also praise the advance information they sent out, which really helped us prepare properly for the week's adventure. (That includes the fitness training videos they made available!).
All the B&Bs we were placed in were satisfactory or better – we certainly slept well in each place! (Our B&B in Dingle town was extraordinary!) Each of the B&B owners was personable and helpful, and we were offered excellent breakfasts.
