Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Colin C6 contributionsWe had a fantastic morning Kayaking with William. It's a beautiful place to Kayak. William was very helpful and great with the kids (bless his patience). Booking was easy and Hester was helpful through the whole experience.

We were 2 families of 4 aged between 17 and 57 with a few dodgy knees between us but we all loved the day out. It was a misty grey day which turned out to be perfect for us. You're in a river in a wet suit anyway. Parts of the expedition were testing physically for most of us but Tomas was patient and very helpful and supportive. He offered different routes around the more testing obstacles to suit each person's abilities/adrenaline appetite. The scenery was beautiful and you get a perspective that most sightseers don't get from the road. The jumps and slides were great fun and even though we were all related we forged a stronger bond by helping each other and celebrating each other's victories over our trepidations. we are still talking about it and laughing about the many memories we made. it was just enough out of our comfort zones to give us a good adrenaline buzz but I recommend everyone to try this. It is truly a wonderful and energizing group experience which will leave you exhausted and exilarated. Thank you Tomas.Written 15 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- EamonnCork, Ireland4 contributionsAndrew had our three kids(17, 19, 22) for a half day at the Gap of Dunlop.
We gave him very short notice and he has a natural talent at dealing with people making sure everyone in the group was engaged, challenged in a fun way and learning all the time.
Definitely check out Real Rock Kerry - you’ll be buzzing for a long time after it and who knows, you might just get hooked on climbing. We never met him before this session so this is objective. It was the highlight of our holiday.Written 13 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Our party of nine supported, cajoled, encouraged and at times laughed our way up to the top and back down again. Physically more demanding than I’d anticipated but I wouldn’t change a thing. An extraordinary, fulfilling, educational and unforgettable day. I ache all over but don’t regret one second of the experience. Thanks Pat and Tony. Couldn’t have done it without you. 10/10.Written 19 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
