Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amazing trip to the west coast of Ireland. Couldn't have gone better. Our guide (Christian) was excellent; he was knowledgeable, funny and really put forth an effort to get to know us all.

Had an amazing trip today! This is exactly the kind of tour you need to book if you just want to spend some time at the cliffs of Moher. Our driver Peter gave some extra information on the surroundings during the trip, which made the drive very interesting.

I also want to thank our driver for being so kind when I got carsick today. He stopped the whole bus and made sure I was feeling better before continuing the journey. Thanks Peter!!

I was a little hesitant to do a tour like this, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was the perfect amount of stops - we never got too sick of being on the bus. I highly recommend doing the Diamond Hill hike in Connemara National Park. It's a trek that will take a full 2 hours, but the views from the top are breathtaking! We didn't manage to catch our tour guide's name - I think it was Khal? Maybe Carl? But he was an outstanding tour guide! So friendly and since we sat in the front of the bus he gave us a lot of insider info on Irish history and landmarks.

We were lucky that this was a small bus tour. Our driver was great & pointed out lots of interesting. The small towns & sights were wonderful. Cliftden & the sky road was breathtaking. Connemara mountains has more than 50 shades of green & is gorgeous. Kylemoore Abbey & area is beyond words. Make sure you visit the church & mausoleum. The pillars in the church are the different marbles found in Ireland.

We did the Explorer tour and loved walking the cliffs. It was quiet for most of the track so you could enjoy the scenery in peace. 5 hours was plenty of time and gives you enough time to enjoy lunch and an ice cream at the end of your walk before being driven back to Galway. John had great commentary so the drive flew by and was extremely knowledgeable of the areas we passed. Free pick up offered was handy.

The Cliffs of Moher were incredible but Peader the tour guide gave a comprehensive history of Ireland that tied together what I had been learning throughout my trip. It was well placed near the end of my stay in Ireland. On my tour specifically, we had a big loud group of non-English speakers that talked over him in the front but he handled the situation well and as respectfully as he could.

This tour takes you through the Burren to a pub in Doolin and gives you a couple of hours at the Cliffs of Moher. We lucked out on about an hour of no rain but had to turn in for the visitor center when it started pouring. The cliffs are worth seeing! So magnificent!

We did the two-day Wild Atlantic Way tour and it started out great. Our tour guide for the first half of day 1 was lovely and told great stories along the way. The lunch in Doolin was delicious — highly recommend the fish and chips. And, the Cliffs of Moher were worth the trip, despite the fog that rolled in. Unfortunately, the tour fell apart when we reached our night’s accommodations. It was as though the motel (I hesitate to use “B&B” because it connotes a higher level of accommodation.) was not expecting us at all. The proprietor was scattered and seemingly unaware of our group’s needs, not to mention unwilling to apologize for it. At breakfast the next morning, there wasn’t room for everyone to eat and the food took so long, several people didn’t get to eat at all. But, the kicker was that the one restaurant in town that was open the night of our arrival, apparently ran out of food. Luckily, our guide Dan was a savior and took us to the next town over (Dingle) for dinner. Dingle is a darling town and I recommend it as an alternative to Annascaul anyway. Overall, we had a good time and saw a lot but I can’t give it 5 stars due to the snags on the accommodations and meals.
