Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is my second time using the Lounge and sorry to say I won’t be using it again, I had a better experience in April 2022 when I visited. This time was a major let down…. Breakfast had poor choices, some watery scrambled eggs, slices of turkey and wheaten bread and butter not what I would call breakfast….. options were poor there was a lot more on offer the last time….. there was no packets of crisps/chips they had an open bowl of crisps which you could lift from…. Not ideal lifting crisps that every other person has had their hands on! I took my 2 alcoholic glasses both were half filled. I would make better use of my 41 euro out in the main airport which I will be doing next time. Would not recommend

Firstly, the car park is far away from the airport than lead to believe and takes at least twenty minutes to get to and from. The car park itself is a hard core site with pot holes everywhere. The service was laxidasical and thankfully we were well early as it took about an extra hour of our time waiting around etc.
On our return on a Saturday evening we were left standing outside the airport in the freezing cold for 40 minutes and when we all kept phoning we were told the minibus would be with us in 5 mins which was rubbish. When the bus came there were now far too many people to fit on the bus and those who got on really had to be bolshy to do so. The rest of us were told it would be another 40 minutes before the same minibus would return and despite raised voices and frustration expressed the driver shrugged his shoulders and drove off. When we contacted someone by phone we were told that we were going to just have to wait it out. By the time the minibus returned there were more people and this time we were determined to get on despite the obscene verbal from other people who had arrived much later after us. When we got back to the carpark it was dark and no one could find their own vehicle! It genuinely took me all the rest of the evening to get the warmth back into my body. This company have bitten off far more than they can chew and I would give them some encouragement to rectify their shortcomings if I really thought they cared but I don't believe they do.......

Waited 25minutes at Dublin airport to be picked up by a scruffy shuttle minibus and taken to the Easirent office. To be fair to the driver, he was at least friendly.
The office is shabby and on an industrial estate. We had paid online for premium insurance, however we were informed that this didn't include wheels or windows and we had to pay another £50+ on the spot to cover this.
The booking clerk was quite gruff and served others before us, even though we had been waiting longer, however there was an air about the place that was quite tense and we just didn't want to get into an argument with them.
It took over an hour from arriving at the pick up point to actually getting our car.
The car was less than half full of fuel and we had quite a distance to drive so we had to find a petrol station right away to fill up.
To be fair the car was clean and in good condition and we had no complaints about the vehicle but I would not use this company again.
