You used to get a nice coffee made freshly by the bar staff but apparently customers waiting on alcoholic drinks complained that they had to wait while staff were making coffee’s ..

Closed the office and cancelled my booking before I was scheduled to pick up the car. Left me and my family without a car over Christmas. They’ll be out of business soon. The woman, Liesel in the office who I had to call several times to get through to, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Zero customer service. - moonpuddlesDublin, Ireland2 contributionsTotally outdated. Disgusted to see a man with his feet on a table as staff walked by without saying anything. Rubbish left on tables and not cleaned. For some reason they have a robot that goes around waiting for staff to put trays in it. Complete waste of money given they don't clean the tables. It's a very small lounge so no excuse for tables to be dirty. The sad part is I do not look forward to going to it and only use it primarily for a seat and somewhere quiet. On my last visit I was told I would be called when my flight was boarding to Canada and they never bothered. Their should be flight info screens on the walls not just one at the entrance.

Then I realised how far away it was and how infrequent the bus service was. I went to cancel within 15 mins of booking and got charged an 'admin fee' of €15. I was charged an admin fee for booking as well. 4 days €40.89 and €15 to cancel 4 weeks before travelling. Outrageous fees..I can only imagine their service.
