Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have travelled with Dublin Express multiple times and generally always had positive experiences. Buses during the day are often not punctual (due to bad traffic which is understandable yet annoying) but luckily the ones that depart at late night and in the early morning usually are on time. Too bad they don't run around 2-4 am so I have to use Aircoach (the rival service) when I need to travel to the airport during those hours. Otherwise, flexible tickets are a star feature of Dublin Express and always come in handy due to unpredictable changes/delays in flights. €10 for a two-way ticket is a complete steal too compared to how much airport buses in some other countries tend to charge. I would recommend Dublin Express.

It would be great if they could expand the route to include Rathcoole too as this is still part of County Dublin. Few weeks ago the first route was full to its capacity by the time the airport hopper reached part of Clondalkin. They had to call for another out. Tip is you are better to book online so that, and I hope, this means it is guarantee that you are on that route you paid for. Never had any problems with them and always divert my visitors to use this and I pick them up somewhere between stops.

My husband and I recently visited Ireland and opted for a private car and driver to see the sites. Tim Horgan did a fantastic job chauffeuring us everywhere we wanted to go. He was professional, always on time (or early!), and very flexible! Any requests we made were ‘no bother’. Tim was a pleasant addition to our trip, and we greatly enjoyed his company!

From the moment of booking the coach with Loraine their Manager, it all ran so well. Coach arrived on time, was comfortable, clean and tidy. Nothing was too much for Aaron our coach driver. Look forward to dealing with Loraine again.

Arrived yesterday at Red Cow Luas from Dublin Airport to get the 14:35 bus to Tralee. The bus was canceled, no warning, no explanation. The other bus drivers from other routes either lied (should be arriving in 10 mns) or dimissed the questions. So I had to wait 2 hours for the 16:35 (plus I was there one hour in advance for the ghost 14:35). In the bus, the driver had to stop twice because there was a malfunction in the door closing system.
So it’s cheap alright, but that’s the sole advantage.

We used Minibus Dublin for a golfing trip in Dublin. They where on time from the Airport to the hotel and then up again at 6am early tea-off. John the driver was a sound lad and made the whole experience and enjoyable one.

Very unreliable service over weekends, bus should go every 30 mins, but only one in one hour. And this happens regularly on weekends.
