Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Gabriel Mc GovernDublin, Ireland110 contributionsAn absolutely beautiful park of 300 acres situated just below the Dublin Mountains in Rathfarnham. Some wonderful walks on great paths thru trees and small lake with the lovely sound of wildlife and the fresh mountain air,end with a nice snack in the little cafe and a stroll around its craft shops.Written 5 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MKTBETopeka, KS4,159 contributionsLovely Merrion Square Park was a short walk from the Merrion Hotel. We took a delightful Sunday evening stroll through the park. We discovered lovely fall flowers, the whimsical Oscar Wilde Memorial Sculpture, an Irish Defense Forces Memorial, and a splendid children's play area. It is always appreciated when we find green space within bustling city centers.Written 23 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Annette B3 contributionsThis is a brilliant place to bring the kids during the Christmas holidays! I brought the kids up today and they had a ball. Great way to burn off the Christmas sugar energy.
The staff were so friendly and great, very good with the kids. The manager was also very helpful. She organised for the kids to have a go against the staff on some of the activities too.
We went to cinema after as right around corner from jumpzone. Food after too in the food court upstairs. Lots to do here in liffey valley, great location.Written 27 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Food was average for children and not so nice for adults. Coffee and tea so so quality.
Nice to bring children on a rainy day but wouldn't be rushing there on a nice sunny dayWritten 27 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Decided to bring our dog 🐕 there for a walk last Monday as I was off. Fingal CC have done a great job on this park. Lovely walks and two fabulous tree sculptures. Well worth a visit and the playground is huge. They have an ice rink here over the Christmas period too.Written 20 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
