What travellers are saying
- Gary M1 contributionThe staff are great and very knowledgeable. They have done a wonderful job in making your trip to the wall as safe as possible while also generating a laid back friendly atmosphere. Whether your rope climbing or bouldering you’ll be spoiled for choice over a wide range of climbs at levels from beginner to expert. If you’re in Dublin it’s a must go destinationWritten 12 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- r0b423Bracknell, UK29 contributionsWe had seats in the Pavilion on 26th, had a great time. Food was delicious, bar service efficient, waiters and betting staff were all friendly, everyone seemed to be having a good time. We made the mistake of trying to get a taxi out afterwards, the drivers keep their light out so that they are not obligated to pick up (drunk) passengers, so as the light fades it all becomes a bit of a farce. We should have taken the free shuttle out and then transfer back to the city centre.Written 31 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- William S1 contributionIf this is the first time you go to a Casino (like I did), there are some important things you need to know that is not written anywhere:
1 - The chips you gain for the subscription can't be exchanged for smaller chips. So no, with the 30 euros chips you will not be able to play 30 times on the table, just 3 times (you gain three 10 euro chips) BUUUUUT what you can do is place this chip on the Black/Red at the Roulette, so you have 50/50 chances of winning and then you can exchange your chips.
2 - The website mention that the bets start at 0,50 cents, but that is for the machines. If you plan to play on the roulette, minimum bet is 1 euro for numbers, 5 euros for columns/dozens and 10 euros for collors.
I liked the place, but since I was never in a Casino before I was expecting that I could use my 30 euros free chips to play a lot more.Written 7 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Gabriel Mc GovernDublin, Ireland112 contributionsAn absolutely beautiful park of 300 acres situated just below the Dublin Mountains in Rathfarnham. Some wonderful walks on great paths thru trees and small lake with the lovely sound of wildlife and the fresh mountain air,end with a nice snack in the little cafe and a stroll around its craft shops.Written 5 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- lisa q1 contributionA friend and I dropped in one Sunday in October for a quick look, Gerard and Agata were both so welcoming and entertaining with stories we were there for over an hour enjoying their company and all the beautiful work. The gallery is intimate and the lighting shows off the pieces in the best possible way. I subsequently obtained a print for the aforementioned friend, oh the joy of giving. Agata arranged for the framing and delivery of the piece to me with no bother. Fantastic service and a delight to deal with them both. All the best of luck for 2022.Written 13 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Tanya MGlasgow, UK20 contributionsOnly Casino i’ve ever been in that does not serve alcohol! Not a problem for me as I don’t drink, but may be an unwelcome surprise to some! Not bad atmosphere, quite quiet. Some good croupiers,James(Scottish)was funny and good at his job.Would be happy to returnWritten 15 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- igal27Rehovot, Israel4,989 contributionsWe came here for a "fun water day" for the kids. I have to say they enjoyed themselves all in all, but I found a few things a little strange. There wasn't really anywhere for someone accompanying them to sit and wait on the inside -- yes, you can go out and sit in the food court, but then you can't get back in... I also wanted to take a picture of MY kids in the swimming pool area, but as soon as I took my camera out, someone came over to tell me photos were not allowed. Huh? Well, at least the kids enjoyed themselves...Written 19 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- karen cCanton, MI10 contributionsI have never been to a casino in Ireland despite many time visiting there. On this trip we decided to see what they were all about. Much different than ours in Michigan and all seemed to be geared to private membership. However, they made us feel very welcome and helped us with the different way to gamble in their establishment. It was fun and informative. Great Staff!!!Written 23 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Bozeman-DublinTrim, Ireland8,423 contributionsI've been to Donnybrook on numerous occasions over the years for schools cup games like this visit or back in the good old days for Leinster games!
Always a good atmosphere being snall and tight. The crowd are almost on top of the players making it a really intimate venue. Great view from the main stand. The old place has got a nice facelift in recent times too and it's looking well.
Right on the main bus routes into the city centre so it's very easy to get to.Written 13 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Andreea2304Dublin, Ireland55 contributionsNice family friendly place, recommend for children age 3-10. Good for birthdays but not ideal for adults. Food was average for children and not so nice for adults. Coffee and tea so so quality.
Nice to bring children on a rainy day but wouldn't be rushing there on a nice sunny dayWritten 27 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Victor PDublin, Ireland1 contributionIf all what you want is a good place to boulder, with nice people around, wide options of difficulty and a fair price, Gravity is your place.
Just maybe a bit concurred on late evenings in week days, but I understand this happens because people like it so much.
Lots of fun and hours spent over there!
Staff is super nice.Written 30 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - xxxJMKxxxDublin, Ireland148 contributionsBased in swords the 4 Kings is an excellent way to spend an evening. Plenty of tournaments in comfortable surroundings.Written 6 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- John D10 contributionsEmpire is good spot to go if you fancy a few spins. There's a good selection of machines and free biscuits/tea as well.
They have bingo every couple of hours as well and there's always the potential that you can win the snowball. Good atmosphere in the casino at these times, and a lot of jackpots to play for.Written 22 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
