Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our guide Noel went out of his way to tailor our trip to Dublin with our requests, plus his own input and recommendations, which resulted in a magical day exploring the history and beauty of this region. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I highly recommend Liberty Irish Tours. Our experience was perfect from start to finish. James was our driver, but he is so much more. He is professional, ultra knowledgeable, kind, funny, and works to make your experience wonderful. He took photos of me and my daughter, and created the best experience.

We loved the Cliffs of Mohr. We had a perfect day, of sunshine and lovely weather in November. James stopped along the way explaining the natural beauty, history, and making sure we were comfortable. My daughter loved how he pointed out the fairy castles and tables set for fairies.

The trip is a must if you are in Dublin and the drive is not too long. It's broken up by beautiful stops -- castles, towers, hot chocolate, some shopping, lunch. James knows everything and makes sure your experience is the best. You will also travel in a Mercedes Sedan. It's all lovely.

Okay, I'll be the first to admit it - I'm usually NOT a fan of guided tours on vacation. I'd much rather wander and explore at my own pace. But when my partner's multigenerational family of 12 descended on the Emerald Isle for a Thanksgiving, I reluctantly agreed to 2 full days of tours with Val and Your Irish Tour. And let me tell you - that decision single-handedly made our Ireland trip the magical memory I'll forever cherish most!

Val was somehow both easygoing yet meticulously organized in crafting an itinerary suited to our group’s needs. From the moment we jumped out at our first stop at a very unique gas station (which I won't spoil for you) - the laughing, stories and mighty craic with our hilarious tour guide Val never ceased. Much to my astonishment, Val skillfully wrangled our group of toddlers, grandmas, and curious historians alike with patience, passion and panache at every turn. By the end of the day, I had seen beautiful landscapes I couldn't even have imagined, I'd learned so much about Ireland's history and culture, and my ribs and cheeks were genuinely sore from laughing so much.

On day 2, I was actually looking forward to another full day of fun and adventure with Val, which was not how I thought two days of touring would have me feeling! Val and his magic fun bus picked us up again early, ready for more hilarity and adventure. His cheerful punctuality never faltered over the miles, as he seamlessly navigated his bus through the winding roads while we all shared an adventure, funny stories and laughs.

From cliffside cobblestones to volcanic giants and medieval abbeys, he took us on a kaleidoscope tour of emerald sights until Ireland’s magical soul had merged with our own.

Val’s greatest gift is his bottomless passion for Ireland's living history, evident in colorful tales that had landscapes springing to life with magical vividness. He recounted ancient legends of battling giants turning to stony sentinels along the coast. He shared heartbreakingly heroic stories of valiant uprisings by tragedy-tempered rebels that took on new poignancy as we walked the very streets where formative moments unfolded. With each ruined monastery or modest cottage brought lovingly to life through vivid tales of important visitors or quirky inhabitants over the years, Val painted a rich cultural tapestry that gave profoundly deeper meaning to the sights. He doesn’t just show you Ireland - he reveals hidden Ireland. Thanks to Val’s passionate storytelling, by tour’s end we not only saw Ireland, but began to intimately understand her complex, endearing soul.

So if you seek not just sightseeing, but storytelling... not just transit, but transcendence... and not just a guide, but a magical friend unlocking Ireland's secrets? Then be sure to book Val and Your Irish Tour for an unforgettably heartwarming tour of the best of Ireland.

This is my second tour with James and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. James has a knowledge and love of Irish history that makes each place you visit and the places along the way come alive. His expertise in heading tours around Ireland make it so easy to see the sights and adjust the schedule when the weather throws a wrench in things. The giants causeway is a must see magical place along with bushmills, the dark hedges and other game of thrones sites along the way. You will enjoy Ireland so much more with James as your guide. Till next time.

Pasquale Corvasce is a fantastic tour guide! He’s extremely flexible and can you help me make the most of my 8 1/2 hour layover in Dublin. My plane arrived at around 4:40 AM and he was nice enough to meet me for breakfast at 6:45 AM. After breakfast, we had a great tour. He showed me lots of interesting sites and avoiding clichés at the same time. I’m a super medical history nerd so this was right up my alley intellectually. At the end of The tour. Can you help me find The correct bus back to the airport. This was my first time in the city I was really happy to spend the couple hours, that I had here with such a great tour guide. He definitely made me want to come back to the city. I would definitely recommend this to tour to other intellectuals. As well as people who want to maximize a long layover/stopover. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience.

This was so much fun! Ben was so incredibly nice and informative. He knows so so much about the city and country, and was able to tailor what info he gave us based on what we wanted to learn more about. We saw beautiful sites and the bike ride was so much fun (and also there were lots of stops so not too vigorous). I wish we had had cash to tip the tour guide Ben because he was so friendly and helpful!

I had a great time on this tour! I was solo in Dublin and decided this would be a good way to explore. Eoghan was my guide, such a lovely man! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and Dublin. He was also able to discuss any topics I brought up and answered all my questions. The pubs he took me to were authentic, traditional, and the people were so welcoming. All in all, an awesome experience!
