Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our driver/guide Paul was excellent! Very good at telling Irish history and anecdotes in a very understandable and interesting way. The Rock of Cashel was more than we expected. Blarney Castle meanwhile is so much more than the castle itself. We spent the entire time walking the grounds and beautiful gardens as we did not want to wait the half hour plus to climb the stairs to “kiss” the stone. Cork was just a stop for shopping which really wasn’t necessary. We wished both the Rock of Cashel and Blarney Castle included guided tours with commentary. That would have made those experiences even more meaningful. Overall however, an enjoyable day seeing the Irish countryside and a couple of attractions.

So happy we included this day trip on our Dublin vacation. Thanks to this tour, I felt like we experienced so much more of Irish culture than we otherwise would have (so I didn’t feel guilty about spending the rest of our trip drinking in pubs ;) ). Also our guide was wonderful and kept us informed and entertained all day long

Dave and Vasil were awesome! Dave told some amazing stories and made the trip awesome for my family. His recommendation to come down the stairs versus taking the bus or walking down the hill at Giant’s causeway made it that much more enjoyable! Awesome experience and pictures from the top! I had my wife, my 12 year old daughter and my 72 year old mom and all of us loved the trip! Must do trip!

This tour not only allowed me to experience the idyllic Irish landscapes I’ve dreamed about taking in for years, but also was really fun and informative. We got to stop by an authentic cafe, where we chatted with locals and ate sweets that will make you never want to go home. Our tour guide, Jack, was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and funny, a true Irish character. What a perfect way to spend the morning.

Our day trip (16 Sep 2023) from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher was amazing! We left Dublin at 8am, had one coffee stop after an hour and a half, and arrived in Doolin before 12pm. From the harbour we took a ferry ride along the cliffs and the view of the cliffs from the boat was unique. The boat tour is optional (€28/person) and takes approximately 40-45 minutes. The bus was waiting for us in Doolin and then we continued our journey to the Cliffs of Moher, where we had plenty of time to walk around. On the way back we stopped for a very tasty lunch and also in the village of Burren. We arrived in Dublin around 8pm. Our guide and driver Davy was very friendly, helpful and kept us informed of the history and sights throughout the tour. He created a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

this was a bit of an exhausting day trip across from Dublin to the West of Ireland. It started early in the morning. The coach was comfortable, our driver, Barry, did a great job keeping us informed as well as entertained on our journey. It rained at the Cliffs of Moher, a bit. I think that's almost obligatory for this part of the country. We did get some nice photos and it didn't rain constantly. Galway was a nice stop. Nice town.

Neil was a great tour guide. Informative, funny, helpful. Gave us great insight into Guinness - both the business and the family. He pointed out a lot of items in the Book of Kells that we would not have seen on our own. Highly, highly recommend.

Amazing trip with our guide Lar who not only was an extra on Game of Thrones, but also on Vikings and Braveheart. His passion and acumen were unparalleled. He truly is the bard of the bus and even sang for the group in old Norse. This is the 3rd tour we have done and can't wait to come back again next year!

Good trip. Ideally be nice to do at your leisure in your own time, but this is a good alternative.

Adam was knowledgeable, entertaining and made this THE highlight of our sightseeing in Dublin. It mixed the fantastical, mythological, architectural and political in ways that made me appreciate Dublin and Ireland all the more.

Patrick was an amazing tour guide. The itinerary was eclectic, interesting, informative. Patrick weaved some history of Ireland with stories of local traditions and the ways of Irish people. We visited places where we would never have ventured. The artists, local residents and proprietors to whom he introduced us truly enjoyed his company and treated us like friends. Each stop on the tour was a highlight. Patrick is a master at reading his audience. He engaged his guests, remembered participants names and home places and worked to make connections.
We will be sure to look him up when we return to Dublin. Thank you to Patrick and all his friends.
