Our driver Paddy O was informative, commical and full of friendly banter which really made the tour. It was great fun and a great experience. Gorgeous views, a nice pace, great storytelling and, of course, the Guinness at the end! It was an easy trip by DART from Dublin straight to the meeting spot, and Mark made sure we were back on our train on time at the end. - sikth07Glasgow, UK550 contributionsMy friend and I booked a ticket from the street vendor earlier today, then got on the bus at the Spire. Sat upstairs and outsides in the dry but cold Dublin air! Gloves required. Good recorded commentary and history throughout, a bit cheesy but we just had to embrace being tourists for the day! We got off the bus half way to get some lunch at a pub, easy to get back on a different bus shortly after that to complete the tour. All major highlights covered, but also Phoenix Park which was great and more of a trek on foot otherwise. Brought us to the main sites. Wish we had more time. We only had 2 hours. Also gave us other city recommendations. This is truly a horror tour and I couldn’t sleep at night hearing the crazy ( and catchy) weela weela wylya folk song about infanticide replaying in my head .
