Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had the pleasure of meeting Keith last Saturday, he was an absolutely fantastic guide for our day in Dublin. His laid back, easy manner and historical knowledge meant we came away feeling our limited time in Dublin was well spent and we saw and learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this small group tour to anyone. Thank you Keith for your time and knowledge, you were fabulous! Linzi & Victoria

Highly recommend! Amazing day spent with the sweet, attentive, and very knowledgeable Diana. This off the beaten path tour is a delight. Diana drove/guided my husband and I to the Hill of Tara, Bective Abbey and Trim Castle. We loved every minute, making three different historical stops in total. I sincerely appreciated how Diana asked us about our interests, so that she could personalize the day. Loved having tea/coffee and scones sat on a historical wall overlooking the Bective Abbey (chair was optional) and surrounding pastoral lands. We made sure to have our tennis shoes/hiking boots on, as the grasses were wet and a bit muddy; it was great fun getting up close and personal with over 5,000 years of Irish history. Also I was impressed how communicative she was prior to the trip; I felt in good hands from the minute I booked. Would not change a thing; bravo Diana for creating a fun enlightening trip.

Neil was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and fun. The tour was well paced. I loved visiting the Trinity library and learning about the history plus the more recent connection to George Lucas and Harry Potter :)

We are just now packing our bags and are off tomorrow morning. What an amazing trip. We booked through Kennedy Coaches and had the most wonderful driver, Kevin Finn. Trust me if you want the best of the best Kevin is your man. We have had many events around the globe but I gotta say this one was very special. Kev knew how to avoid the mob and get us up the Cliffs of Moher to a private parking spot. We were whisked away to so many locations only to end up in the front row, Trinity College, Book of Kells, Killarney, the Ring of Kerry just to name a few. Kevin even got us into a Michelin (nod) 5 Star restaurant named Kai in Galway, unbelievable. You simply can not match this. Look no further, Kennedy and Kevin Finn is all you need to know.

Went on an hour tour at the legacy option, which gave us five tastings. Led by our guide Sheila the tour was fantastic! She provided a great experience because it combined local Dublin history, whiskey info, the uniqueness of this location (the church and Dublin) history and the specifics about this distillery. It’s a lovely experience and even my buddy who isn’t a huge whiskey drinker enjoyed the tour and really being able to smell and taste the differences in the different types of whiskey

We spent two delightful days with Val and had the time of our lives. Our group consisted of 12 people with ages from teens all the way to Grandma. Val entertained all ages and my giant family fell in love with Val. We had the best time touring Wicklow, Cork, Blarney Castle, Kinsale and Dublin. Val accommodated all activity levels and we were so sad to leave him. Everyone agreed out of the 11 different private guides we hired for this big epic trip, Val was the crowd favorite. If you want to see Ireland, then the only way to see it is with Val. We can’t wait to go back and visit Ireland again with Your Irish Tour.

Thank you for your response. First, I'd like to reiterate that our tour guide, Liam did an outstanding job with the day. We learned a lot about Irish history. Things that TripAdvisor should work on:

    1. Send a copy of the detailed itinerary to the tour guide. Liam had no direction as to what the advertisement described, which was detailed. We basically had to create an itinerary Instead of the plans detailed on TripAdvisor.

    2. Covey the dropoff and pickup locations and times to the tour guide. Having to make adjustments at the last minute is stressful.

I do have to disagree with Liam's account with making 5 calls to me prior to the tour. I received only one call, and no message was left. I did not know who was calling, and without a message, did not return the call.

Thank you for engaging us in regards to feedback. I hope your can better communicate with your guides in the future.

We were warmly welcomed by St.Andrew's Church, and the tour started on time. Our guide Henry showed a great understanding of the Irish society and knowledge of history, politics and culture. He presented different perspectives and had a good overall point of view. He answered all the questions gladly, and gave us some pieces of advice on pubs/bars etc. The group enjoyed this 2,5-3 hours tour a lot! Thanks!
