Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amanda made the food tour, fun and interesting, with lots of history on Dublin and Ireland. Highly recommend this venue.

Even thoug the weather wasn't the best, Ketty was very inspiring. I had a tast of the "best" Irish Coffe", home made ice cream, different locations cheeses and 3 tasted og local lunch/stew. Ketty is very inspiring and know a lot. We walked through very nice areas as well. Thank you.

Ruairi is the best! He is so knowledgeable and we learned so much about Irish culture but we also laughed so much! He is an incredible storyteller. He tailored our tastings to our dietary preferences and requests (my teens really wanted to try Guinness) and we had an absolute blast! We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and ate and drank so many delicious things we never would have found on our own. He also offered so many helpful recommendations for the rest of our stay. I loved that he had his own authentic style; it really resonated with my kids. This was probably the most memorable and special tour we took during our time in Dublin; definitely book the food tour with Ruairi!

The Tour was a super fun experience. We got a lot of interesting facts about Dublin and Irish culture. The Donut thing is really cool and you get to know the City from another perspective. Our guide was a super chilled fun guy! All in all it may be a little overpriced but nevertheless we totally recommend it!

I had this tour planned on my first day in Dublin and I'm very happy I did. Grainne was an incredible guide. She was very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and food an amazing job keeping us happy and entertained. Oh and the food and the whiskey were incredible too. I definitely recommend the tour!

What a great way to spend a leisurely morning in Dublin. Our guide, the lovely Brid, gently led us from one great food spot to another keeping us entertained all the way with her local knowledge of history and food - she clearly loves her city, knows it well and is proud to show it off. At each stop we enjoyed delicious morsels and a couple of snifters too - Dublin's finest. Our hosts at each stop were welcoming and so enthusiastic about their cuisine/produce - it's not an exaggeration to say we could taste every word they said. Divine! FabFoodTrails is doing a great job of promoting high-quality, independent, artisanal food and drink retailers who only deal with locally-sourced produce. That's a good thing and I'm all for it!
Bonus: We were four in a group of 12, so we met other like-minded foodies from around the globe which was also a lot of fun.

Based on referrals from friends, we chose Ireland as our first trip to Europe. It was magnificent! Stephen and the team at Essential Ireland Tours came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. From a comprehensive knowledge of the culture and history, to selecting the perfect locations and sights, and providing humorous anecdotes or a smooth serenade of Irish folk songs, Stephen provided us a wonderful experience and memories for a lifetime.
