  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed our visit to the Guiness Storehouse. We arrived for our 11:30 entry and spent 45 minutes reviewing the self-guided portions of the storehouse. We found the displays and information engaging. When we were ready for our free samples, we grabbed a bottle of export on floor 4 because only Guinness draught is available on Floor 6. We proceeded to floor 6 Gravity Bar and were lucky to score a table by the window for a great view of the city. After our pints, we shopped the extensive Guinness merch store and left happy.

Had a great time. Pass saved me money. Only complaint is they had items that were free as listed as included with the pass. It would be nice if they told you about the free items but mentioned they were free so you could do them on days you did not by the pass. If it wasn’t for that it would be 5/5.

We did this as an add-on to our Guinness tour and we are so glad we did! Karl was a great guide and we had the best time learning to mix a whiskey drink and trying some new things.
