Ann was an amazing hostess! The evening was full of fun and the food was great!
We were 30 minutes late due to a major traffic jam I was not counting on and I had called Ann to let her know. To my surprise and my friends they had waited for us and we still got to help cook. Great fun! Would do again!!!

Absolutely fantastic activity! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The session itself is small and intimate which is such a fun and interesting experience. I loved it and it was actually the highlight of my trip to Dublin :)

Emily was so amazing. To be welcomed into her home was a delight. The location was easy to find. We were greeted with freshly baked Irish brown bread and a lot of Irish tea. The house smelled heavenly. I do bake a lot, but learned some tips and techniques from Emily because the class is very hands-on. The scones were light and fluffy and the apple cake was so flavorful!
She sells her cookbook at a reasonable price. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. I made Guinness stew that my co-travellers raved about for days.
Make the investment in time to attend her class. Plus she has lots of Ireland ideas.

Emily - thanks for the tips on Achill. We had the best time on the island. It's a place we wouldn't have found without your suggestion.
