Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Interesting to see. Food was good at the restaurant. Restaurant is located upstairs so easy to miss unless you know that. The remainder of the market is fresh meat, seafood, produce, and pastries.

Arguably the heart of Cork's retail heart. An ideal place to find all of your High Street needs from budget right up to higher end fair. And dotted around are numerous cafes and eateries giving you ample opportunity for refreshments.
Something for everyone as you meander through the side streets and find your way around.
If in Cork, visit St Patrick Street

The Sunday Mass every week at 10:00 AM, is in the Irish Language and is very special. It is
well worth a visit. The building is, for all intents, an Art Gallery, with a display of the best architecture, sculpting, painting and stained glazing.

    Interesting wide ranging collection .
The Harry Clarke exhibition was fascinating, I would have liked to learned about how the three exhibited panels were made. I’m sure that this kind of work was technically very challenging in 1910/11.

Very centrally located in the shopping district we paid a visit early in our trip. Great map but just as important a great little brochure with the top sites in the city - we made great use of it, thanks!

Unfortunately by the time we were able to make it to this church it was closed for the day so we did not get to see inside but it does have a gorgeous gothic exterior that is worth stopping to see even if you cannot go inside. It is free to go inside during business hours. There is also a Capuchin Friary next to it.

This little visitor centre is free and it is located in one of the city's oldest buildings and on the city's oldest and most historic road.

The centre provides lots of information, especially on walking tours, and is a useful place to visit. I found the information boards telling me about the history of Cork to be very helpful and informative. they gave me a much better understanding of Corks development and its relationship with the sea.

there is a cafe and toilets here too. Definitely put it on your walking tour and make it a stop.

It is located at the end of town (to a new tourist's eyes like me).

Plenty of good foods and fruits and lovely people!

Compare to shopping complex I prefer markets.

I attend St. Augustines frequently....it has masses every day...it also has many 1st class relics of saints if one wishes to light a candle in front of them and venerate... there is also confessions (sacrament of reconciliation) after the 11am and 4pm masses daily...

What can I say ... this is a pedestrian bridge that spans the River Lee. It’s handy for getting across the river .
