Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Darren took our booking over the phone, and gave us the safety talk and equipment prior to our experience, Darren made us feel very safe and is excellent at his job. Would really recommend a trip to the N. K. C. We will definitely be back again.Written 30 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sam BTwyford, UK56 contributionsThis is a large soft play with lots of slides and climbing bits for young children. It was very very quiet when we came at 11am on a Friday in term time.
In common with lots of places we’ve visited in Ireland the food for children let it down.
There’s three options for kids, sausage and chips, pizza and chips and chicken nuggets and chips. The closest you get to any fruit or vegetable I the whole menu is the tomato stuff on the greasy pizzas.
Ireland will get itself a serious obesity problems this is how children eat over here.
There aren’t even any fruit juices for children.Written 1 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Had a bar tab and wristbands to access the tab, all worked out well.Written 29 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. However, I do have some concerns that I'd like to share. I found that the 30-minute timeframe for the party was quite short, particularly since we were given the room only 5 minutes before the scheduled start. This made it difficult to bring everything in and get organized. The children had pre-ordered meals, and I had to rush them to finish eating before moving on to the cake. It felt very unfair to have them hurry, and some of the parents were also a bit dissatisfied with how rushed everything was.
Moreover, one of the staff members started cleaning while we were still in the room, just 2 or 3 minutes after the end time. He even tried to throw away our cake, which I had to stop him from doing. This was quite disappointing and really not up to the standard I expected.
I genuinely feel that 30 minutes is not sufficient, and an hour would be much more reasonable for such occasions. Due to this, I would only rate the experience 3 stars.Written 30 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
