  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amanda was wonderfully knowledgeable, super engaging, and entertaining! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to experience Cork, local flavors, a bit of amazing history, and some unique pub delights.

We visited and learned about the original 4-sided bell tower, local churches, museums, and schools.
If you’re lucky you may even be blessed with a beautiful serenade.

5-stars doesn’t come close! You definitely need to request Amanda!

The tour was really enjoyable with an interesting group of people. It was a gift from a friend, and while I have lived in Cork for some time I discovered new places and experiences. I particularly enjoyed the variety of foods included - that I was not expecting but was great. William was a well-informed guide and very open to sharing his knowledge and is good company.

Immensely enjoyable experience! We had such a great time and learned so much about the history of Cork (even the Corkonian in the group learned something new-I know, like!)

Jealous of the great singing voices and lovely to go down memory lane and hear songs of a childhood-I mean you, Johnny Jump Up!

The stories were very well presented -both funny and poignant. Not kitschy or playing to a certain demographic-just the history of Cork done well.

Very warm and welcoming personnel made it a very personal experience.

The communal table format made for great banter between the groups.

Think this would be so useful to secondary school students to bring together all the strands of their knowledge into one coherent piece.
