Guided tour with Agnes. What an incredible experience. The passion, enthusiasm & knowledge she shared was infectious. The staff members here truly love their job! (A hidden gem in the heart of Cork City)

If you like good local food your must visit this market. This is a market in the old style that were once in every major town and city in Ireland and the UK. The food offering is first class and the quality was excellent. Thee were also lots of stalls selling really nice treats too.

Well kept and informative, also scary enough to keep you on the straight and narrow. There are many stories about previous prisoners to read around the jail as well as the governor. The prisoners were weighed when they entered and then every now and then to ensure that they were not stealing food from others and that no one was taking their food.

Have to visit this place if you are in Cork. Lovely gardens to walk around. Blarney stone situated quite high up so not ideal for anyone who doesn't like heights ! Walking up and down the castle is one way so if not going to the top need to go back the way you came.

I must say I would not mind attending a University with such lovely buildings & gardens .

We did struggle to find the entrance & to find parking which resulted in not all of us being able to walk around the grounds.

The property was really neat & the gardens really beautiful & I noticed a coffee shop as well as a few pop up stalls around te property .

It was a quick visit more for a photo stop but I really enjoyed walking around the grounds

We strolled through here on the way to Cork Gaol, and it was very lovely indeed. Lots to see and lots of children enjoying the big play area. Shimmering trees and lots of plant. Even walked over the shaky bridge. I was shaking. Good fun

I went up the 100 steps to the stone but I did not kiss it. My sister did and it scared her. It really is a little scary hanging backwards like you have to do. Great memory!

We enjoyed the enormous variety offered in this lovely experience. There were plants, flowers, hedgerows and all sorts of vegetation on display. In addition to that, there were novelties, sculptures, pools with fish, a little model house and a pretty teahouse with an invitation to go in and make tea or coffee for a very modest amount. This experience would suit all ages from the very young to the very old. We met the owner, who had all the time in the world to chat to us and offer his experience and good humour. I would recommend a visit here to all those who are in the area.

My favourite visit in Cork. Very fun ringing the bells (sorry neighbours) and the views from the top definitely worth the hard climb

This was probably the best Cathedral we visited during our 2 week trip to Ireland. The reason I say this is that the actual outbuildings , the steeple , the interior , huge organ & the ceiling collectively were stunning.

The only reason I rated it down was they close between 1-2pm & we arrived just before 1pm & had to go somewhere else & return. As tourists pressed for time to see as much as we could it was inconvenient to return & as a tourist attraction that charges 6 euros pp it should be open during the day . At least 5 other tourists arrived while we were there & all left as a result.

We still enjoyed the experience & the beauty of the cathedral

Came here for the daily tours that were run during the harbour festival. The tour guide, Jess, was very informative and took the time to explain the different aspects of the fort.
There are some great views of the city from the the walls of the fort, especially St Finbarr’s Cathedral. There is also a lovely little museum inside to go and see.
Overall a great experience and would recommend to go to check it out.

Please be sensitive to the surroundings. We know you need to tidy up but let's not dessicate the wooded area.

It was a packed joyful Mass. The church radiates peacefulness. There was a shrine to Mother Teresa, and I think some of the nuns present were her order.

What a fabulous attraction in the beautiful Crosshaven. Plenty to see, both inside and outside so still a lovely visit on a wet day. Staff were so helpful and knowledgable and when we found out that the whole place is run by volunteers, it made the visit more special. The work and effort that the volunteers put into Camden really is outstanding and they should all be commended. It is a work in progress and we will def be back in a few years to see what they have added but we still spent over 2 hours here. The views from the cafe were spectacular and well worth eating outside just to see the view. I really can’t speak highly enough of what Camden Fort is, I would recommend everyone to visit to see for yourself, what can be achieved when a group of people come together to turn a derelict site into a top tourist attraction. Well done to all involved and we look forward to returning
