Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- SueOttawa, Canada115 contributionsHighly recommend the Kilmainham Gaol Museum for a real taste of Dublin's history. Excellent tour and guide. Very emotional and surreal. A definite must see.Written 5 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- McKinley B21 contributionsThe last time I was here was 15 years ago and they stepped up their game! It was so cool to see how immersive they made the tour. I was a little worried that it was going to be like it was before where you have a guide lead you around but I loved that it was self paced and interactive. Great job!Written 20 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- niinan2Nurmijarvi, Finland1,787 contributionsThis was my second visit to the Cliffs of Moher and it was absolutely lovely. Had perfect weather; sunny, warm, clear and calm.

- Matt MGlendale, CA46 contributionsI did the Black Barrell blending class, led by Josh. I actually didn't mean to sign up for it. I thought I was just signing up for the regular tour and history and a couple of shots at the end. But my mistake turned out to be a great thing. Our group got an excellent introduction into the history of Jameson's and then a unique tasting class where we had the opportunity to create our own whiskey from the various elements that go into making the Black Barrell product. It was fun, tasty, and a great learning experience.Written 5 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Artem MBrussels, Belgium111 contributionsIt was my 3rd time in Dublin but only this time I had a chance to visit Trinity and its magnificent library. Now I know that I'd missed something absolutely precious on my previous visits... The Book of Kells Experience is simply magnificent! The library, the exhibiton about the book and the book itself, of course! Definitly NOT TO MISS when you're in Dublin.Written 3 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Sofia H2 contributionsAmazing tour! Amazing tour guide: Alan! We did not want the tour to end and stories to stop being told. Alan was mixing personal stories, anecdotes and facts about the bands and musicians in a spellbinding way. When it was over you were left feeling all emotions: happy, inspired, melancholy and hungry for even more. Recommending this tour to anyone, whether you’re already a music fan or not (you’ll become one)

Be sure to start your visit at the visitor's center, they were friendly. helpful and provided maps and a plan for the several hours we had to spend. You could easily spend the entire day or more here, hiking the paths, driving to see different vistas, enjoying the wildlife, horse and carriage ride (jaunting car) or visiting some of the historic sites such as Muckross House and Ross Castle.
The visitors center helped us with a plan for our visit and provided maps. We walked along the trails near the center enjoying the scenery and took a self guided tour of the Muckross House. We drove to Ross Castle and enjoyed a warm drink and scone at the outdoor garden cafe while we waiting for our guided tour. We really enjoyed the guided tour. Being limited on time, we drove the park roads south towards Kenmare and stopped at the different vistas which are well marked along the route. We wish we would have had more time to explore this beautiful park.Written 19 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mobile07353962496Dublin, Ireland1 contributionThe kids did the Beware of Dracula. Halloween family tour. It was brilliant and very entertaining. The actor who played Bram Stoker was excellent and a fantastic story teller.
