Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Sue M3 contributionsUnable to worship at my usual church on Christmas Day, I was delighted to find this beautiful building open mid-morning, offering a gorgeous High Church Episcopal liturgy. I loved the stained glass, the giant eagle lecturn, the large, skilful choir, the candles. I was glad to join in traditional carols as well as newer hymns. As I had to rush away after the service I cannot comment on the welcome extended to visitors. The atmosphere seemed warm.Written 26 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Emu15Edinburgh, UK53 contributionsI’ve been keen to see this chapel for years…and passed by it today and it was open. A very knowledgeable gentleman told me the fascinating history of the chapel. Built just before the reformation in 1540’s as a Catholic chapel, then supported by the Guild of Hammernan as a Protestant place of worship till the late 1800’s
