Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place to stop by for a magnificent view of Stratford-upon-Avon. Staff know the history of the place well, and very friendly. Easy access for small children too.

Cool to see. Though Stratford is saturated in buildings like this. It’s not a destination, it’s just there. Anothe ye olde building.

Nice place to visit despite the lakes currently having been mostly drained. There is still a wide range of wildlife around. Unfortunately no access via the usual road as it’s all closed off- works due to be done on the dam. We found a very small car park at nearby Clowes Woods and walked through to the lakes. A bridge between the lakes is also closed off at the moment but we managed to cross it anyway. Enjoyable visit to the woods and the lakes but would be better in the future after works are completed and everything is te-opened.
