Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This museum is such a quirky, eccentric spot. I really liked how the basement was lit by candles, it made it very atmospheric. You don't need a long time in this place, but it's nice to walk through it and explore the various treasures collected by the owner.

This is a real gem, especially on a rainy day.
We didn't know a lot about the place and were surprised how much there is to see and learn about this interesting museum which is full of information, both interactive and with many unusual exhibits to view. It tells the story of how it came about and the interesting characters who helped shape it all. From the carrying out of medical experiments, which in turn lead to a better understanding, with huge leaps forward in medical science using both human intuition and science.

This place was truly amazing. It is one of the most wonderfully strange places I have ever been to. It's hard to describe, but more of an experience. Imagine interactive, creatively crafted arcade machines that do strange and sometimes unexpected things. My favorite was the Microbreak. You sit in an old vintage chair which is apparently mounted on a Space Harrier video game platform, which moves you side to side and back and forth, while you take a mini vacation on the retro TV in front of you. I won't spoil the end, but I laughed out loud. Don't forget to do the Auto-Frisk machine (yes it frisks you), the Alien Probe and the My Nuke Machine. It's a little off the main drags, but worth it, especially if you are looking for something different than the sometimes crowded tourist attractions. Granted, we were there and it was a little busy, but many people would walk in and look confused and leave. Get the coins from the counter and try them all!

Mrs Doubtfire was excellent and we all enjoyed it. However I must say that the unisex toilets in the Royal Circle were less than satisfactory. Urinals and cubicles for shared access is not right. The men were embarrassed and annoyed, while the women didn't know where to look. It should be all cubicles or urinals screened off. I was more concerned because my teenage granddaughter went there alone before I knew the set up. It's not really a safe environment for women, with the current layout.

I had so much fun in Hatton Garden looking for a wedding band. I’d made appointments literally all day with various places (9 shops booked) . Everyone (bar 1 place) were absolutely incredible. Ironically, I ended up buying my wedding band from a family owned jewellery shop that wasn’t even on my radar - I was walking past and I saw literally what I’d envisioned in my dream - they were lovely- explained everything, gave me time to think and rethink and I came back 3x in the day to retry it to make sure. They were patient and kind- I can’t wait to pick up in early July. Thank you Raphael London.

Visited the Peacock theatre on a Saturday in December to watch The Snowman, the theatre has good access and toilets, bar facility and merchandise being sold.
We had booked the stalls which are titled and have great views of the stage! the show was amazing and really well done.

This is not a market in the same way as Borough Market or Greenwich Market. There are a few fairly cheap clothing stalls, selling stuff like jogging bottoms and socks. But the selling point of this place are the huge range of food stalls which spring up from about 12 noon to about 2.30.
Fantastic range of food, a lot of it gluten-free from all around the world. Thai. Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Brazilian, Portuguese etc etc.
The portions are pretty decent but you can expect to spend about ÂŁ8 (give or take) for a portion/box.
If you show up at peak times, prepare to queue!

We have had jewellery repaired and valuations carried out by Farringdons Jewellery.
A prompt service and at a reasonable price. They are our first port of call in Hatton Garden.

In the courts. Lincoln's Inn is the biggest Inn and probably the most known! My visit here was very good, could spend more time walking around

Beautiful ancient church & glorious stained glass windows, at the end of what appears to be a private street, which in itself has some lovely buildings.

It is hidden down an alley between a private road and Hatton Garden. It was like stepping back in time. We supped a Guinness and plotted our next visit here (now we know where it is).

Ok, LSE is not something you come to see. However, our daughter had studied here while in college in 2021 and we did not get to visit due to Covid. This trip was really to make up for that opportunity lost so we had to visit with her. It was an impressive campus and she showed us where she studied. Again, not something the average visitor come to see but important to us.

Came here to see And Juliet. Beautiful London theatre with a fantastic performance by the cast. Staff were friendly. Does get very warm in there, though, so be sure to get a cold drink before the show starts.

Nice area especially the garden. The garden originally laid out by sir Francis Bacon in the 1600,s,and completed by Capability Brown.
